I Love there tacos. I'm a senior and a widow. I live on a fixed budget. So there 2 tacos for $1.25 can't be beat. The food is always 'made to order.' The prices are reasonable. You can't beat Good Ol' Jack!🧡

There was a line of drive-through cars around the building. Went inside, waited 6 minutes for counter help. Ordered and waited 15 minutes. Order after order went to drive through window. Received the bag of food, cold fries, and no drink. Had to go back in for the drinks. When I left, no autos in the drive through line!

Drive thru was extremely slow. Every item in our order was wrong, and most were cold anyway. Dining area is closed, so we had to go back through the drive-thru to get them fixed. What a waste of time. Definitely NOT fast food. I don't know why I ever stop at this one. Nothing but problems every time. Oh, and of course there were no napkins in the bags of food. Complete disaster. Total time trying to get food...28 minutes.

Overcooked eggs in my BJ again!!!. I just want a good Breakfast Jack! It's all I ask! It seems impossible these days. I've been getting the same Breakfast Jack for 30 years...not since the pandemic...now it is quite a search for a good Breakfast Jack!!
Try Poway. They are most consistent.

Once a upon a time this was my favorite jack in the box.
Getting my dinner today was rather disappointing...
I understand it's a fast food restaurant but there is still a customer service standard.
The cashier who took my order was fine. They didn't get my sauces in the order. Even though I asked once while ordering then again at the pick up window. The employee who handed me my food hardly communicated with me. I tried to ask how they were doing and I received a quick "soda" and "straw" as a reply.
Again I understand it's a fast food restaurant. "How can my standards be so high?" My standard of wanting my correct meal (my sauces are important okay? They make the meal) and at least mediocre customer service.
Hopefully next time they can complete my order correctly and speak more than what they're handing to me.

Late night dinner. The drive through is always packed but they do a great job of moving the line along. The woman who was working the window is , I think, new and I already love her. Excellent customer service. Makes sure you get everything, sweet personality and always says 'Here you go, sweetheart.' Shes a gem. Food was hot, tasted fresh, soda was perfect.

BAAAAAADDDD Sat here honked horn and saw a girl that just walked past and didn't make eye contact. Still here been about 5 minutes and no one is at the window still... girl is now finally talking to me telling me the system needs 30 minutes to update... geez
Even worse i just tried calling and no one answered to tell me if they're ready finally
