TL;DR family friendly and includes a la Minute ice creamery. Great coffee and great people. Ample seating and two restrooms. Enjoy!
One of our absolute favorites. Why? Foremost, they've been active in the specialty coffee community for nearly 10 years. For the consumer that should suggest their focus on quality, team development, and yes - awesome coffee. Although they have several locations now, and we've been to two, this is about the Temecula location. It's bright, welcoming, and has a knowledgeable teams that's keen on service. Their founder, Austin, was the 2016 Cup Tasters Champion, and destroys the Flight of the Fancy on an annual basis. As this is the case, it's no surprise the team at this location is also quite familiar with cup profiles and continually work on honing their palettes. Feel free to ask for the baristas' suggestions, and be relieved knowing that they'll have something awesome for you!

Coffee: Specialty grade that includes frequent visits with farmers. They've been cupped with love, and curated to bring your something "kray!" On the light-medium end of the roast spectrum.
Equipment: All beans roasted on a San Franciscan (so long Ambex, see you at Black Ring, LB) included those roasted by 2017 US Roasters Championship competitor, Tim, who won 4th place. Espresso dialed in tight and pulled on a La Marzocco Linea. Batch brew, and automated pour-overs via Curtis Seraphim brewers, so coffee is always consistent.
Location: Built out in a historic development, Augie's - in a shared space with a la Minute (creators of Parliament Chocolate (their Redlands location neighbor)) - is a welcome addition to Temecula.

This coffee shop is super cute and very inviting. It is situated in Vail Ranch next to Kohl’s. The scenery is beautiful and the surrounding environment is comfortable to lounge around. The drinks are delicious and the pastry’s are delicious. They have even have a vegan pastry section and they are worth for what they cost. The staff here is very friendly and patient as their customers take their time on deciding what to try. Being that there is a variety of drinks and being that they are all delicious as well. There is an icee cream shop in here as well and though I have not tired it. I am positivos it is delicious as well.

I love all the coffee here! I've had their lavender one (both iced and hot), their cinnamon one (both iced and hot), their caramel one (only iced) and a couple of the pour overs. Always expertly presented cups of coffee, every time. The service is fabulous too. I'm always greeted with a friendly face. Be sure to get their frequent buyer card. You WILL be back. Oh and don't forget to grab a treat. They have sweet, savory, gluten free and just overall yummy offerings if you are hungry.

One, if not the only, few places in Temecula that has a hipster vibe to it. This place is a nostalgic treat that reminds me of the cafes in North Park San Diego. The staff is super friendly, the drinks are sometimes visually crafted well but always taste great. But like all things in business location matters. It’s located in a special pioneer town-esque spot smack dab in strip mall hell. If you’re someone who wants specialty coffee then this is your choice!!

Nice decor, pretty typical hipster coffee shop. All of the staff are super friendly, and the coffee is great. A little on the pricey side, and for some reason there weren't enough stools for the long table, but it was a good place to hang out for a couple of hours and do homework.

This place was awesome! Super good coffee and the building was build in the 1800's lots of historic background.

This is the BEST Chai ice coffee I've had. I'm speechless, this place is great. Not to mention its really vintage and adoreable. The cashier was super friendly and help us out with our choices when we truly had no clue. I would 100% recommend this place, if you enjoy quite or a coffee/ ice cream lover.

Stopped by the shop today for an iced green tea, Cashier explained they were not accepting cash. Me being on my bike I was only carrying cash, I explained I would be happy to round up to $5 or $10 with tip, she said No, I then asked for a water cup and she poured the water and then placed it down firmly in front of me on the counter with her whole hand covering the top of the plastic cup including the part you drink from!!! I asked may I have a straw and she begrudingly grabbed it from top of counter behind and them placed it firmly in front of me, turned her back rudely and walked into the back . She was Large Hispanic 20 something female. Working today Mar 23rd at 130pm . And to think, while I was ordering, I was thinking about adding a $20 tip to the empty plastic pitcher tip jar. These are the times where businesses make or break their brand . May want to consider which staff you have serving your most loyal customers during these trying times .
