I only order takeout from the app and I have never had a problem. Food is always cooked well and delicious. And any extras such as red pepper flakes or seasoning etc I always get. One time they forgot to add the pepper but it's okay. When you order online you're going to get your food within 15-20 minutes.
Placed an order over the phone operator said papa rewards could be used at the counter during pick up at the counter person was very rude said No only when ordering online even after telling her what person on the phone said!! Pizza was very good tho and on time
They are super friendly. I do not like the hotline that u call so I always press 5 to get my store because they are friendly and helpful... Best pizza in town hands down ❤️
