We hosted our wedding after party followed by brunch the next day in their private dining room. The team was receptive to our requests and accommodating to our party. Bar food and brunch was delicious! It was the perfect space as our guests were staying in that Westchester Marriott hotel. Recommend calling to book and coordinate for ease of communication.
The food and service was awesome. Would differently recommend this place for a party or just dinner
Awesome service! Food was a surprise upscale and thoughtfully prepared. Our waiter went over and above. We definitely will visit when we return to the area.

Five stars for service- five for food-Four for the amount of speckled glassware (i.e. replace the dishwasher) After requesting a new glass twice I was handed a really clean one quickly- so that was cool.
i am sucrose intolerant and so eating out is damn near impossible unless it's really planned. Lucky for me i'm on a work training trip. Queue the anxiety and million questions...
Jennifer-manager lady-was awesome and answered my questions and listened really well.
I've also had a really pleasant experience with the older bartender- he was really pleasant and smiley.
Spoke to chef Luis- and he was so understanding and receptive. Basically told me that he would personally oversee my food being prepared and we went over a few items. i then took a menu to my room to mull over what i need to modify and can't order. came back and had a wonderful waiter. Explained the same situation to him but then informed him how i've already spoken to the chef. I still had questions and he was very kind and answered and ran back and forth on each one.
Food: modified the white pizza aspect: mozzarella ricotta and instead of caranelized onions i went with broccoli. EXCELLENT. also got a burger- average. hot and executed nicely. Appreciated my bun modification as well. got some fresh berries to go (holy fuck they are so huge and delicious- I CAN HAVE BERRIES BC THEYRE LOW IN SUCROSE AND HIGH IN GLUCOSE/FRUCTOSE MMKAY) Also got a plain turkey wrap to go- looks good. i will eat it for breakfast (edit- it was blaze).
So overall- nice place. excellent service. excellent food quality. typical hotel pricing($$). clean your glasses.

Update for meal number 2: holy fuck. muah muah muah to chef luis. got the roasted baby pork belly. the flavor- ridiculous. the texture- melts in your mouth. He is on point with his flavor and spice blends. the yucca wasn't over fried and excellent. it came with a fantastic aioli. Just wow.
spicy cauliflower- delish!! nicely fried- loved the jalopenos which were also fried.
ordered the margarita pizza- just excellent. crispy. garlic and evoo blend on point.
Dragon- the waiter- super cute and stoic in most professional way-was on point with service tonight too.
you guys really made my trip and night and everything. thank you!!
You will not leave hungry! Portions are big and food is delicious you won't want to leave any on your plate.
I had my husbands Birthday party there. Jonathan who helped me plan the party was wonderful. He helped to make the day special. The staff were excellent and really wanted to please everyone at the party. The food was also excellent.

I was AMAZED at the level of customer service I received. Every employee with whom I interacted gave me outstanding service. All of these employees are masters of "service with a smile." Friendly, personable, efficient, and radiating beautiful energy. Of course, given they are located inside a Marriott Hotel, I need not be surprised. While staying at the Marriott where Cooper's Mill is located, I had dinner twice and breakfast once.
Didn't eat, so can't comment on food. Nice bar area, dim lighting and cozy. Mix of high top tables, low tables and wrap around bar area. Place had a cool vibe. The wine was good, but overpriced.
This was a pleasant dining experience with wonderfully friendly service. The atmosphere was vibrant without being loud and the flat bread pizza and duck sliders were outstanding. This dinners were good, but maybe a little under seasoned or lacking flavor levels. Service is at a slower place allowing you time to enjoy company of your dining experience.

#WestchesterMarriott. #CoopersMill has attentive, friendly staff, reasonable prices & is easy to find. Clean, cozy - a great date night, re-ig"night" that dwindling flame of a marriage, kick your neptunes off with a party bus filled with your friends for Jack & Jill stag the night before your wedding in ANY of their AMPLE SIZED ballrooms.
The acoustics were perfect for the 3-day seminar I attended. They do have an open business area, not much privacy at all. My advice: dress in layers, not well regulated & bring a pillow... RETHINK THE CHAIRS GUYS... I am NOT the ONLY one that complained!
Gorgeous decor... until you hit this "nauseating casino carpet" you know... it hides EVERYTHING, maybe THAT'S part of the renovations that sadly has BEA-U-TIFUL pool that is built in the center of this (I think 6 story) hotel out of commission. When it IS re-opened, WOO-HOO!!! IS THERE ANOTHER STAR TO RATE???
AND THERE'S A STEAKHOUSE TOO THAT SMELLED DELICIOUS!!! My next trip - stay tuned!
Cooper's Mill has booths, high & regular tables & TV's - Relaxed dress code, great food - a few specialty menu items that are WOWSIES! (Indulge & try the bacon jam... sounds weird, but you trust me, don't you?), decently stocked bar, plenty well lit parking.
WORTH THE TRIP for business or pleasure!

We liked it! Atmosphere is fun. Decor is very barn/rustic but the wait staff dresses to the nines for that upscale feel. Our waiter, Dragon I'd say would get 5 stars but the food and price is why it's only getting 4.
We got a groupon ($35 for $70 worth of food) which sounds like an amazing deal, but when you see the menu prices, you'll quickly realize it doesn't get you far. They bring you bread while you wait for food. Mine was crunchy and overcooked, my boyfriend's was oily and undercooked. We got a classic cheese, marinara, basil flatbread as our app even though it was on the main menu and we're glad we did, it was so small compared to what the pictures on the internet looked like! It was however, very tasty and cool that you can see them making it near the bar area.
For our entrees, I got the mushroom and parmesan encrusted filet mignon which was fantastic! The only thing that I'd have to complain about was that it was not encrusted, it was more like "topped". It came with asparagus and a potato croquet... Mmmm! I had to ask for extra sauce. My boyfriend got the burger with bacon jam/brie with not lettuce/tomato and said it was perfect but that he liked McDonald's French fries better. I personally tried the fries and loved them - tasted fried and cut right there. When we asked for our check, we were surprised we didn't use the whole groupon amount seeming everything was so $$, but it was a pleasant surprise! So we ended up getting some pork belly apps to go. Tried them and it was delicious, it came with yuca fries which are definitely original but taste like cardboard. Whomp Whomp.
Overall, yummy food but way too pricy to go to on a regular basis. For a nice night out though, enjoy yourself!
I had the namesake burger, it was good but some more sauce would have made it great. Waiter suggested a beer, can't remember the name but it was good too. It seems expensive for what you get, but it's in the hotel so you're paying for convenience.

We celebrated our 2021 holiday party at Cooper's Mill. The room was spacious, the service was great and the food was fabulous.
Amazing food. Staff was top notch! You couldn't ask for better service.
Their teriyaki wings are the nest I've ever tasted! The burgers were amazing too!
Great choices for breakfast which was included in the room. Fresh made waffles, omelets made to order and fruit smoothies served in a shot glass.
My husband and I recently dined at Cooper's Mill. We loved everything about it. Especially our server Guillermo Martinez was incredibly helpful, honest and passionate about his recommendations. We ended up happy with everything he suggested and will definitely come back

The best breakfast in Westchester. Buffet is tremendous or exceptional menue. Staff attentive - providing the finest customer experience. Plenty of seating.
Buffet breakfast was good!! Waitress was very attentive and kind!!
Sat the bar very friendly service. Great happy hour. Flat breads looked and smelled awesome. I had the scallops very good, perfectly cooked, however, a little to much going on with the vinaigrette that accompanied it. Over powered the scallops. The polenta that also accompanied was very nice.
Nice place for drinks and apps. I went here for my birthday with my in laws and 8 month old daughter. My daughter loved the grilled octopus!!! It was her first time trying octopus and she is not excited about eating yet. We also had the fried Calamari and mussels which were also both delicious. Just before we were going to leave I was surprised with 4 different samples of icecream with a candle. The staff was super friendly and the icecream flavors were unique and delicious. I definitely felt special at this place.
