The food is organic but so well prepared that it deserves Michelin stars for sure. My husband and I split a fettuccini dish and a steak. The pasta sauce was so tasty and the steak and béarnaise sauce could melt in your mouth. The meal started with a spinach, roguefort and strawberry salad and we finished by splitting a key lime tart with tequila whipped crime. All organic!! As well as the wine. Everything was so tasty and the waiters were so prompt and caring. I couldn't have asked for a better birthday meal.

Lots of vegan, gluten free and conventional options for all. Love the beet burger and was very happy with the vegan dessert options. I also appreciated our informed server! A great place to visit!

A great place, especially before or after a show at the Music Hall. Last night, I had the best meal I've had in a restaurant in a very long time, and we eat in restaurants several times a week. My wife and I arrived early and had a couple of drinks at the bar before our reservation time. The bartenders were very helpful, friendly, and my cocktail, a black currant margarita was fantastic. When the time arrived, we were seated immediately, and were promptly given water, and delicious fresh bread with a white bean dipping sauce. We ordered squash fritters for an appetizer, also quite good. I ordered short ribs which were served with a root vegetable mash - cooked perfectly, and tasted wonderful - the meat simply fell apart when touched with the fork. My wife had a chicken sausage and orecchiette dish which she also raved about. For dessert, my wife had a coconut vanilla bean panna cotta, while I enjoyed a chocolate mousse with a French press coffee. Throughout the evening, the service was friendly, polite, and attentive. We can't wait to go back.

Excellent have been there many times before. The food is always great and very tasty. I had the Jack Fruit Taco’s which were very yummy. The service was great and the prices were good. Can’t say enough great things about this place.

We LOVE Sweetgrass Grill but we can only vouch for the vegan dishes.....but that's why we keep coming back....one of the best vegan friendly places in the area - the tempeh chicken wings are phenomenal, ALL the vegan salads are delicious, the vegan philly cheese steak is incredibly satisfying and Stephanie loves her vegan tacos with jack fruit.....the vegan desserts are perfect. The only complaint I would have is that they should tip the menu a little further to the vegan side and save a few more animals!!

Great place. Wife is a vegetarian and took her and the rest of the meat eating family. Everyone was happy as they have a lot of different options for both. The burgers were excellent. People were nice. We would go back.

Took a day trip to Tarrytown, and Sweet Grass Grill was even better than expected by reading the menu. The food is DELICIOUS, truly interesting and fulfilling options, creative cocktails, and the service is fantastic (shout out to our server Amanda, who really was above and beyond in terms of service and care). I loved the town, but I can’t wait to come back to this restaurant specifically. Do NOT pass it up! It was the perfect way to celebrate a birthday, but I will be back for a great night out in general. P.S. Everything we had was great, but the Hen of The Wood Mushroom dish is amazing! Almost ordered a second one to go. Don’t even think twice about it.

What a cute little find. All 3 of us really enjoyed our lunch choices & the shared beets- the dressing was divine! We got the buratta/prosciutto, farmer's salad, & chickpea tartine. Service was very slow I think because they only had 2 servers & a hostess on a busy Monday summer lunch.

Such a great experience! Our server Alex was kind and attentive. We ordered vegetarian dishes for the most part and they didn’t disappoint. Loved the Heirloom tomato tartine the most! The rest were also great: grilled shishito peppers, steak frites, hen of the wood mushroom, and the pear tart.

We decided on this restaurant for lunch because of the outstanding reviews on Yelp - and it didn't disappoint. We were early enough to grab a table outside. The service is attentive and genuinely caring. The menu isn't huge, which to me is a bonus. I elected to get the Thai carrot soup and the salmon sandwich with a side of fries. Both were superb. Great flavor, and a sense of freshness you don't always get at some other restaurants. I wish I had taken a picture of my salmon sandwich before I took a mouthful. It looked so good I couldn't wait to eat! The burgers looked great too... I'd come back here again for sure. This was the highlight to our 4 day trip to NY so... nicely done guys. Will be back - for sure.

Amazing lunch, salad with incredibly fresh ingredients and a nice piece of salmon but the homemade strawberry panna cotta was just over the top good better than even places like Marea in NYC. Revisited, perfect farmers and kale salad but the piece of salmon was kind of small and the virtual sea of cauliflower was a bit much. The oyster mushroom pasta was interesting but not spectacular. Still a great place.

The asparagus soup is a must try! The garnishes elevate the dish, adding textural contrasts and bursts of browned oniony flavor. Everything was great. I’d certainly come here time and time again if I lived in the area.

Came here for the second time last night and it was amazing once again. Plenty of lovely tasty vegan options, wonderful cocktails and even a couple well designed a delicious mocktails. My one criticism on the food is the burger I ordered was just a little too big to manage and had to eat it with knife and fork. That said it was still delicious. Staff are friendly and attentive. Ambiance is great for a romantic evening. I'm bookmarking this place and will be coming back again and again. Oh, and one more thing they do that I wish other places did. Vegan and Gluten Free options were clearly labeled AND things that COULD be made vegan and/or gluten free were ALSO clearly labeled. I love that thoughtful touch.

I wish I could give mode than 5 stars. This place is phenomenal. They treat customers with respect and love. We walked in without a reservation and the manager fit us in without hesitation. The food was impeccably plated and delicious. It also tasted so fresh. We loved the soup and the banana pudding most. Our server William was so patient and friendly. He was super accommodating and made sure we had a lovely experience. Even the ambiance is beautiful. Can't wait to go back!
