Mimi's Plate

I work for a natural cosmetic company. We now host an annual BBQ in the summer and every time we have had Mimi cater, the food has been so fresh well prepared, and nicely presented with the freshest ingredients. She is always on time for delivery and very accommodating to all needs and last minute requests. the food she prepares is amazing and always much appreciated and enjoyed by our company. From Lynn Smothergill - Last night for St. Patrick's day I had Mimi make my family a Shepherd's Pie. It really was the absolute best Shepherd's Pie my family has ever had. I use Mimi's Plate for all of my catering needs whether I am catering a Realtor Brokers Lunch, ordering for a holiday meal or even a few sandwiches and sides for a special guest coming over. Everything she makes has a special something which does not go unnoticed and keeps me coming back. It might be the heirloom tomatoes added to a salad or the hint of something sweet like maybe a brandy in the shepards pie last night. Whatever is it it is scrumptious. So glad to have such a great caterer so close by and easy to work with!
