Tropical Smoothie Cafe

We ordered food from this location through Uber Eats, who consistently I must say, is not worth it (uber eats is not worth it). We waited over an hour and a half for uber to get our food and they failed again. And again. We decided to go into the restaurant after uber failed, frustrated and upset. We came in to find our order there sitting for an hour plus on the counter. We were honest with the staff and told them that uber messed up and it was my order. The young man, Trace behind the counter offered to remake my whole order so we could enjoy our meal that someone else failed to pick up. Amazing service! It's great to see that good customer service still exists! We sat down and decided to order more food to go! We'll be back! Thank you!

Stopped by for the 1st time today and was very pleasantly surprised! The cafe is much larger than I expected it to be. It's very bright and welcoming with plenty of places to sit and spread out. Aliza and Kari couldn't have been nicer or more patient as they answered my questions and helped me choose a smoothie. I went with the Mango Berry Cosmo and it was delicious! Will definitely be ordering that again. Also take note of the 50% off all smoothies from 7am - 9am. Every penny counts! Can't wait to return!

Great food. Lots of new options. Food was made well. Staff was friendly. Store was clean. The edible straws were a good surprise. I ordered the chicken chipotle flatbread and new mango smoothie. So delicious. I’m pleased by there kid meal options. I would be nice if they had a fountain drink option but they do have a cooler with drinks to make up for it.

Super friendly staff! Order was prepared very quickly, which isn't always the case at other locations. Was super clean, including bathroom! It's a busy location and I was feeling a little blue. Although the staff had no idea, just the way I was treated really and truly made me smile. The great food and smoothie was just a bonus at that point. Special shout out to the gentleman who waited on me. He was THE nicest young man!

I asked for a smoothie that was not on the menu. It was made to my specifications by a very friendly person. Then after she gave it to me I started to walk out and she said that I should taste it first in case I didn't like it I could return it. As it turns out it was fantastic with no need to return it. However the friendliness of the staff was outstanding as was the service.
