Best Taco's EVER!!! With my husband being a chef it's really hard to wow me but let me tell you this place really WOW'ed me from the fresh cilantro, cheese and the tender juicy meat you can't go wrong with this place. If I could give more star's I would. AMAZING š

The best birria tacos in tampa!!!! 10/10 recommend. I got the quesobirria Plato which comes with three quesabirria tacos, the broth; and all the sauces and everything was so good. Had Papos Red Tacos tonight at Stilt House brewery in palm harbor. It was our first time so we got a little of everything, it was amazing! So good I cannot wait to eat here again!
We tried this food truck at the Tampa food truck event and wow!!!! Very very very impressive! We had been looking for a good taco place being new to the Tampa area, and they did NOT disappoint. There is No need to search for a different taco when you have this place here!
