I’m not a permanent resident of Tampa, but I wish I was since getting the unlimited yoga at kodawari. I’ve seen the best of myself after consistently going. Amazing works outs, and also amazing teachers with unique and diverse styles. I love it here and wishing I had a studio with this type of community in my city.
What a great yoga studio. Promoting community and presence. They offer so many different types of yoga and now offer Qigong.
This studio and the community that they’ve created beyond just being a yoga / sauna / wellness studio is well ahead of its time! While I spend most of my time there doing Nordic sauna (highly recommend!!!), everything about this place will have you feeling so much better when you head back home. Check it out!
Kodawari is such a welcoming space that has a little something for everyone! From yoga classes, bodywork and even sauna / cold plunge, I always leave better than I felt when I got there. The teachers are incredible as well! They really know their stuff and are super nice. The studio also has showers in both bathrooms if you need to get a quick practice in before work. Love this spot so much and am so grateful to have a yoga home away from home.
I love listening to Annette’s insights - she weaves her words together with beautiful detail, she’d be a great author too! I’d read that book ❤️ the gentle flow is just what I need at the end of a busy week. I have a home practice but I also love getting into a cozy studio - and Kodawari is just that.

I love the Community at Kodawari Studios- I am fairly new to yoga and in my mid 50's- needing to stat flexible and active- the team put together a training schedule and took the time to explain and use the props.
I can honestly say that I am in the best mental and physical condition of my life and am blessed Kodawari is here for me.

I attended 4pm slow flow class with sound bath lead by Bradley.
Just what I needed! The class was gentle relaxing with a little challenge ( just enough) . Bradley was a great leader well spoken and knowledgeable the sound bath at the end was SO wonderful . thank you!! The studio also provided a mat towel for first time visitors loved that . Thanks again will for sure be back
Rhonda’s Heated Vinyasa Flow class on Monday evenings has become an hour in my week that I look forward to as the weekend winds down. It’s the right amount of strength, movement and balance. 💖 Kodawari offers all sorts of wonderful yoga classes throughout the week and is a great South Tampa yoga community!
Whenever I come into town I HAVE to take a Buti class with Bradley and hit the hot sauna and cold plunge! Highly recommend this place to everyone!
Kodawari Studios has become my favorite happy place! I am a newbie to yoga and not very flexible and hot yoga has been everything I ever needed. If you are in need of mental, physical and/or emotional healing then this is the perfect place for you. Tina, Maria & Annette are AMAZING! They truly care and will give you a great class, terrific workout, kind environment, personalized interactions, I could go on and on. I am beyond grateful that I listen to my friend and I joined this beautiful community💜
