After some kids took my order by accident (no one’s fault, mistakes happen), the manager(?) worked to make sure I got my food on time and brewed me a fresh pot of coffee as part of my order. I’m not sure if there’s new staff here, but things have recently changed for the better. The receipt machine
The manager needs more training on how to talk to employees. I heard her talk down on the young man. And she disrespects all the females. He/she as transgender is the manager , I know because she bragged while disrespecting her employees.
It made me very uncomfortable

Hot fresh food and quick! The location by my house is quite honestly TERRIBLE (on Gall Rd. in Zephyrhills)...so stopping at the one by the Tampa Zoo was a nice change.

I don't usually eat fast food because I have a stomach disease that makes it hard for me to process any solid food. The only reason I ate here was because KFC smelled like sewage inside their store.
I don't get by this way very often but this location always seem to have good service. It is what you would expect from a fast food restaurant.
The young lady at the first window was so sweet, she even asked how my day was going. I have never had a problem with incorrect orders at this location. Excellent service!
