I normally come late night the and I look forward to it. Theres this one Lady she's always so vibrant and quote spiritual messages to me every time I come.. She's hands down the best at customer service.
I really like this location. However it is always quite busy. I don't recommend it if you're in a rush. Even with the double drive through it took me around 20 minutes to order and get my food.
Aside from forgetting a food item in the bag often I do like this location. I have had the staff ignore me when I've stood at the front counter inside for several minutes And I've had staff go above and beyond. It all depends on what staff is working at the time.

I personally can't stand McDonald's but my kids want it so sometimes they get it. Anyway, this particular McDonald's had the BEST customer service ever!!! The ladies at the drive through were incredibly kind and helpful, I'll drive my kids back there just to get great customer service!!!
Was okay just wasn't my regular store this one is just crowded but ok still
I Ordered a mobile pick up order at 11pm, and they brought my food out very quickly and the lady was super nice even though it was late and I'm sure she was tired. Very pleasant experience, definitely my favorite location in Tampa
You kinda know what you're gonna get at MD. Employees talk too much, use too much profanity & complain about customers wanting extra sauces for nuggets. Unprofessional. Chick-fil-A would never......
