➡️➡️ SHARON⬅️⬅️was more than willing to adjust it for me, even though she did not have to. She went way above and beyond and was very helpful. These days customer service is at an all time low so to come across an employee who is very accommodating and helpful to the customer, without any attitude, is very rare. Not only did she lack a negative attitude, but she was extremely polite and professional, and did it with a smile. Such a small gesture on her part created a huge impact on a customer. Always fast and friendly here. My order has never been wrong, very consistent. Prices are on the higher side compared to their competitors but there is a big difference in the quality of their products so I don’t mind paying the difference. Great spot!

This is hands down the BEST starbucks I've ever been to. They are fast, polite, never mess up orders, make excellent drinks, and have superior customer service. I was here at 11:30am on a Monday and the person working the drive-thru is an exemplary role model for customer service.

Great location which results in an overwhelmed staff at key points during the day.
This location is key south of Gandy and is typically very busy.
The staff is professional and friendly but can often be overwhelmed by remote orders and the drive through.
Nevertheless, it’s my go to spot for Starbucks and they typically do a great job.

Omg! The tall girl with red hair working 7/28/23 at 2 p.m. is amazing. She was so sweet and helpful when my drink was made wrong at a different location. She made it perfectly and had amazing customer service.

Been here a few times now, both drive through and in the store post covid. Staff is always very nice taking the order, and everything has always been correct. They are also fully staffed so drive through moves quickly and inside no wait. They also still put the Splenda and cream in the regular coffee, which I appreciate.

I stopped off last Friday night for a coffee and a bit to eat. Our Barista was helping me with select a bew coffee not yet for customer consumption.
Next thing I know is I'm waking up on the stall floor of the bathroom, side bandaged up and missing a kidney. I will say Starbucks has the cleanest public Bathrooms I've ever seen and has great coffee selections.
Hats off to our Barista Tammy for sending me home with an Ice Pack!

Nothing like a cold coffee in summer.
This is the busiest Starbucks in South Tampa. The crew is good and can handle it. Still a great place. Hey SB owner I'm in there everyday so yes you'll see me soon. 😂
