So sad this was my favorite location and it was convent to where I work. Outstanding food and service. My order is always accurate and the staff is always friendly

The last time I ordered from here, a year ago, the bread was very hard and too thick. Also, I felt like they had been a little stingy on the meat. Today's order was much much better. Soft bread with plenty of meat and cheese. And the customer service was A++

Great sandwich shop. I love what they do with their rolls, so fresh and soft. And always plenty of meat. Restaurant very clean and staff friendly. Good lunch value.

My first visit to Firehouse Restaurant. I enjoyed the decor and appreciated the knowledge of knowing the proceeds go to First Responders. I had the Philly Steak n Cheese with all the trimmings. It was very good. If you want a good warm sandwich and great ambiance stop into this Firehouse Restaurant.

This location and it's staff are THE BEST! GrubHub dropped the ball and our order wasn't picked up for almost 1.5 hrs. I was able to intercept the order before it left when the delivery driver arrived and Cassandra said they would re-make our sandwiches since they sat so long and had gotten cold. Props to Cassandra and DeeDee, you girls ROCK!! (PS - GrubHub gave us a credit as well).

This was an excellent place to get subs! The employees are extremely polite here and very helpful for first time customers. The store is setup perfectly and they always make sure to keep both the tables and the bathrooms clean. I dont think I had to wait but a minute for everything which was awesome!

This is by far THE BEST Firehouse Subs there is. The food is always fresh and tasty and the guy that is always there working just makes me smile. He is always happy and singing. Such an amazing personality. I hop Firehouse company recognizes what they have in him. Wish I knew his name. I just love him and I enjoy my experience every single time!

Hands down best sub company. Best location though, is here on Kennedy. Not sure the brother's name that's always there but man makes your experience great makes the sammiches even better. Thanks G. See y'all soon. Like tomorrow.

I love the Italian Sub there! This location was very clean, but it was extremely empty on a Tuesday evening. The staff was friendly and kind. They lose 1 star because it took 15 minutes to make 2 subs when no one else was in the restaurant.
