Great experience today. I ordered a McRib (already a treat) and unsweet tea. The tea looked pretty light in color. Without me asking for it, the manager BREWED me a cup of tea and made it into iced tea. Fantastic service!

The customer service at 78th street and palm river location is awful! Order mobile app and pay, takes them forever to walk it out to you. Edit: Manager Debra called to apologize and corrected the issue. (9/8/23).......Doesn't care about dietary restrictions. I can't have cheese in my burritos and the girl working the first window said due to an incident with a yelling customer last weekend (today being 9/2/23) they don't do that anymo
