Chick-fil-a

This comment is not for destructive criticism but quite the opposite. but I would like to address the owner of this place Carlos when you address your employees who are mostly young people, teenagers and students do it in a professional way (not yelling at them) and making them feel bad, remember that most of these young people work for you for $12 dollars an hour and they do it with enthusiasm and love. When they wear something that does not match their clothing, there are ways to attract attention in a non-rude way, and even more so if this company professes to be Christians. Treat your young employees better because they are the future of tomorrow, so that they also learn to feel love and respect for what they do.

I have not been back to this location for sometime. I am due to the fact that I had a problem at the Gandy location. I wanted to come down and give them a try since I had to pick my daughter up from college by the stadium anyways. I must say that this place has truly picked up the manager. Tyler was amazing. The customer service here was awesome. The girls at the window did not have attitudes. This place seems to be really picking back up. I was definitely a pleasant experience.! I am a bonus was my food was hot and fresh. Lol.

I bought 2 chicken club meals.. 1 w/o pickle, the other as it comes.. when I got my order I just didn't get any pickles at all. The chicken was cold but not dry. The tomatoes and lettuce was a good portion for the sandwich and price, plus those items were super fresh. However, the buns on both of my sandwiches were rock solid hard. I ended up having to toast bread from home and reheat the chicken. Overall, the only thing not fresh was the bread which had to go to the trash. My fries and lemonade were delicious per usual.

Logistics was off; dining room was quite empty, drive through was not as full as I am used to seeing at a Chick-fil-A, yet there was about a dozen people standing & waiting to get their orders, once we got the food it was quite dry. I suspect they were perhaps short staffed or this is a unusually slow store and food does not turn over. Over all clean and well stocked for condiments etc.
