The food was fresh and hot. The food tasted okay. It seems like maybe something has changed, but it's still ok. The customer service was excellent. The lady who took my order and gave me my food was very nice and friendly.
This is a great local Taco Bell. The employees are helpful and the order comes out right every time! I order ahead and have always had a good experience. Definitely recommend this location.

Excellent customer service, we have had times we have gone to this location and had less then friendly staff, but this past visit made up for that. The girl at the window was very sweet and pleasant.
The food was fresh. The little interaction I had with staff was nice. I do not like the kiosks that you use to order your food.
I've always been able to get exactly what I ordered and the employees are quick to get you taken care of. Drive thru line can be long depending on what time you get there but I've never had to wait that long.

This particular Taco Bell (Sanford, WP Ball Blvd) is a little... well, let's just say it's not my favorite (and I love Taco Bell in general!). The food doesn't seem quite as fresh here.
