Hotel bar is truly a remarkable place in Tampa. All of the bartenders are consummate professionals. The music is excellent. The vibe always seems to be exactly what is needed. I definitely want to recognize Kaysaan specifically for consistently amazing service and remarkable cocktails. I have never seen somebody simultaneously build eight cocktails to spec in the way that he does with a smile and a conversation while still ensuring absolute perfection in taste. He is one of the key reasons I keep coming back. Thank you Hotel Bar!

My friend and I were referred to this bar from another bartender elsewhere and it did not disappoint. This bar has great music and is open late on the daily. Mikey and TJ are extremely knowledgeable and took great care of us every night with great sass and humour, such a hardworking crew at this cocktail lounge! Awesome bar to check out if you’re visiting Tampa.

Came here from Canada , TJ and Mikie were super great welcoming for being the first time here . Their knowledge in cocktails and whiskey was amazing compared to the area . Coming back again before heading back ! Enjoying the hotel nacional, a cocktail from a Cuban hotel & espresso martini . Fit my pallet perfect would recommend to anyone new to the Tampa area for good vibes , good conversation & amazing music !

Bartenders were professional and amazing. Cocktails were perfectly curated. I came to Tampa for business and ended up buying a ticket for a friends giving event that Kay sold me on. Bailey and Kay were both attentive and creative. One of the best cocktail experiences I’ve ever had and I can’t wait to fly back into town on the 21st.

I come to this bar each time I’m in town, but Mikey made my last experience extraordinary. He’s truly a master of his craft and also gave excellent recommendations for the area. If you want a fantastic dirty martini, go see him.

Great drinks, moderately priced. Highly recommend the corpse reviver no. 2. Kay was amazing, he made us whatever we asked for and was very knowledgeable and made great suggestions. TJ kept our cups full and everything clean. Great atmosphere, great service. Next time I'm in Tampa, I will be coming back.

No small bites available would be my only complaint. Drinks were spot on! I love when places have signature unique cocktails. Atmosphere is casual, sophisticated. Music was hip. Kinda of a small bar, so seating is limited, especially for a larger group. Consumers are very friendly.

Such an enjoyable experience. Came here for a happy hour, ordered nothing on the happy hour menu though, but very well priced.
Fancy and yummy cocktails - the 4 of us (3 of my coworkers) enjoyed a variety of cocktails including old fashioned, wines, hotel nacional, sidecar, and a few more that I forget about. 😜
We were offered snacks too. Our server and bartender, TJ and Jason, were phenomenal, so attentive, and so fun. We will definitely be back! Highly recommend.

Give Kaysaan a raise!! Went on a Sunday evening with my bestie. He was a wonderful host and bartender. The drinks were 10/10, and the atmosphere was awesome. Craft cocktails and great service… I love this bar.
