Always so nice! I just got my curbside order and realized I had forgotten to add my sauces and I didn’t get the workers name (she had a blue collared shirt that way she can get recognition) but she was so sweet and went out of her way to bring my sauces out. Fantastic customer service as usual
The food was excellent & the gal who took my order was friendly, helpful & did an outstanding job. The meal of grilled chicken nuggets, waffle fries & unsweetened iced tea was delicious!
I don’t normally write reviews for fast food restaurants but the customer service I got from this place was crazy. Middle of rush hour in a busy mall food court and they managed to get my meal out in under five minutes. It was the perfect temperature and tasted fantastic, I got a chicken sandwich and some fries and it hit different after a long day at work. The guy who took my order (I *think* his name was Lucas or something similar I can’t remember that well) is a customer service machine and made just the simple ordering experience so good I will definitely be coming back.

Chick-fil-A is hands down one of my favorite fast-food restaurants, and my recent experience there only solidified that fact. I ordered some nuggets, fries, a chicken sandwich, and a Sunjoy drink for myself and my child, and we were both blown away by the quality of the food.
The nuggets were perfectly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, while the fries were piping hot and seasoned to perfection. The chicken sandwich was juicy and flavorful, with just the right amount of toppings, and the Sunjoy drink was the perfect refreshing accompaniment to our meal.
But what really sets Chick-fil-A apart, in my opinion, is the level of customer service. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure that we had everything we needed and that our order was correct. They even went out of their way to accommodate some special requests that we had.
Overall, I would highly recommend Chick-fil-A to anyone looking for a delicious and satisfying fast-food meal, with top-notch customer service to boot.
The traditional quality Chick-fil-A experience, just unfortunately a bit pricier since they are operating in a mall food court. I've ordered both at the counter and put in an order online to pick-up. Both times I got very polite employees and accurate orders that tasted great. Food was hot and fresh each time, and it looks like they have the full menu available.
Service is a bit slower that a traditional location given the limited space and working environment, but they still hustle and I never had to wait too long for an order. They will also provide refills like a normal location. Great place to eat at the food court provided you don't mind the upcharge.
They have a young hard working crew and they work very nicely together.

Trust me.. KFCs and Mac Ds are all yesterday’s story.. If you are in the US, Chick-Fil-A is the place to be.. Great ambience, great food, great taste, Super service, extremely clean, fabulous staff.. All in all, a place worth visiting every time..
