Food was good. The sweet plantains were very good. Quiet ambience. The service was very warm and respectful. Tables needed some cleaning though.
I always have a great experience at this restaurant. The food is delicious....served up hot and fresh whenever I order my meal. The staff is friendly, warm and accommodating. The place is always super clean as well. Kudos to the management team for running such a great dining establishment. Thank you one and all. Cheers.

Clean location, polite employees & great value for what you pay for! Visited during lunch and loved our food. For fast food we love the chicken. 1/2 chicken with 2 sides is filing. Mango tea was refreshing. Use the app for rewards! I would recommend this spot and suggest you leave a review to help others decide. :)
The staff an manager was really kind, welcoming an on top of things. First time here, they were able to suggest things. Chicken taste good. They have different sauces, and chicken/meat options an sides. Was great for a quick bite.
I have been eating at Polo Tropical since they first opened in Miami in the 80s .Had a problem with the chicken being burnt upon receiving it few days ago. I spoke to the Mgr. I told him the problem and stated that I generally do not complain. He looked at me and smiled and said thank you. He stated that he appreciated the feed back. He said that "Our Guests feed back helps us improve". The replacement chicken was some of the best pollo I've had. I went in yesterday and met 2 more mgrs. Told them the story. Happy to hear my experience The general Mgr, I forgot his name,told me how he appreciated my comments. While I was eating he approached my table and asked me how my meal was. Great, better than the meal the day before!. I'm going back this evening! My order # was 129337.

Always fills a gap for me, used to buy the tropichop, but didn't like the meat serving. My go to now is the 1/4 leg n thigh, with yellow rice and black beans. It never fails and holds true to its delicious taste. Not much of atmosphere its just a regular fast food set up. I normally just use the drive and eat in my car. Always trying to get the mango habanero sauce but it's been out, however fell in love with the pineapple rum sauce.
Pros and cons! Pros: Easy to pull into drive through and conveniently located off main road. Cons: Staff is usually rude and inside isn’t the cleanest. Food is always fresh, hot, and worth the wait!
what a great experience! i recommend the food 100% delicioussss!! the manager JOHNNY was so attentive asking us if we found everything ok, very polite and friendly. all the staff was amazing! specially jessica she was very sweet too. great enviorenment! im super happy! i even heard a lady thanking them for her experience as well. will def come back!

They have the best avocado salad who's on your rice and beans whatever is in your salad but it is the best I'm sitting here waiting on them to open right now as we speak waiting on my black beans rice and they're Cuban sandwiches is great you must stop by and try bringing your family and very clean
