We both had country fried steak.
One with grits and with eggs fried hard and the other with scrambled eggs and home fries.

I love how the owner knows everyone. The waitress already know my order and have my coffee ready by the time i sit down. It feels like home. The portions are good for the price you pay. I drive 45 mins to come here.

Only a few in the area that open very early (6am). From the outside, thought it is a budget friendly breakfast. Surprisingly, not considered cheap, but portion is generous and ingrediencies are fresh.

Standard diner ambiance (minus a counter) cranked up to 11. The staff are all super friendly. The food is as expected from a diner; sensational greasy spoon style flavor without all the grease. Prices are a bit high, but that's the world we live in now where all of our costs go up but our pay stays
