Such an awesome little tea lounge! Great tea, great service and a awesome atmosphere. I had the mango matcha tea and it was really good! Look forward to coming back and trying out some other tea options as well as getting to try out their food! The food all looked really good. Great place to just study, relax or hang out with a few friends.
On my way home, I felt like having some tea. So, I searched for tea places nearby and found Kaleisia Tea Lounge. The tea lounge was a beautiful place with a lovely ambiance and a great decor.
I went straight to the counter to order a Thai Tea with Boba and the service was exceptional. Within no time, I received my order of Thai Tea. It was a delectable blend of perfectly roasted tea and the right amount of boba. I loved drinking my tea at Kaleisia Tea Lounge, and would highly recommend it for tea lovers.
This place is very nice. Amazing atmosphere and great place to sit and study or have tea with friends. I didn’t have the food but I did have the mango matcha latte which was very delicious. Also had their tropical herbal tea that has coconut in it, it was very good. Great friendly and helpful service.
Food, drink, and service all were amazing! Many vegan options! Very flavourful! I'll be back!
best place on earth!! the food and drinks are delicious and lots of variety for different teas. The atmosphere is welcoming and you’re always greeted with a smile! Lots of great vegan options. My go to is the tofu basil panini and mango matcha latte!
I have been going to Kaleisia for over fifteen years. That in itself should say something about my love of this place! The entrees, drinks, vibe: amazing! Whether to study or catch up with friends, this is a perennial favorite.

Not only do they have AMAZING food and drinks with plenty of options for vegans and there atmosphere is very calming and there staff are always so kind and helpful and make an effort to know me and my friends by name and our orders. I love when Sunday rolls around so I can go back 😁
What a gem! Ben, the amazing barista and tea expert, gave us a grand tour of the shop, and helped us with our meal. The store is generously spaced with a dedicated quiet room if you wish to truly connect with your tea. Having such a variety of tea, I was able to find the rare Monkey Picked Oolong, which hasn't been around since Teavana. The food was prepared fresh, with great portions, and made with love. The friendly coworkers, the assortment of quality items, and the dedicated space within the shop make this a neighborhood gem! Their set plates for food include an entree, spring rolls, tea, and dessert, and are highly recommended!
I've been coming here for a long time and watched them grow. Kaleisia is easily the best tea in town (some of the best I've had ever!) and the food is always fresh and delicious. The staff are friendly and helpful and the atmosphere is calm and lovely.
Friendly staff. A study bug’s home for relaxation and place to get work done. This has been one of my favorite study and tea spot for years. They have a large selection of loose leaf teas and tasty food. They are also able to make and customize other bubble teas I request (one recent favorite of mine is Thai tea boba with a shot of Vietnamese coffee… it’s stellar I promise). It’s so nice to see the store back open since covid and I’m happy to be able to use their wooden “quiet room” to study again. Such a cute shop. Definitely take any tea fanatics here for a tasty treat!
Great place to relax and study. I enjoy the sitting room with the wooden tables. I highly suggest trying the Earl Grey shortbread cookies, the spicy banh mi sandwiches, the blueberry rooibos milk tea with boba or the earl grey creme milk tea with boba…you wont be disappointed!
We chose pistachio and mango boba tea, both were very tasty and made from real mangoes and pistachios. They have friendly staff, a quiet tea room, a wide selection of tea and cute cups and teapots for sale.
I love this place! My hubby and I enjoy stopping here after our appts nearby. Their boba tea flavors are delicious! I had a watermelon juice since I cannot have caffeine anymore and they added boba to it for me and I also loved it. Their korean BBQ sets are my absolute favorite to eat! I also love the pickled cabbage and cucumbers that comes as a side. We've had soups and panini, matcha cupcakes and hot tea, curry, etc..... we've never been disappointed. I looooove their spring rolls! Wish they were open a little earlier in the am and that's my only complaint! Also wish there were more locations! (Maybe one in Pasco ;).
Very nice vibe. Great tea selection, a beautiful sitting room . The food is delicious and priced very fairly for the portions, presentation and quality. This set of a noodle bowl, two spring rolls, a cupcake, veggie straws, and beverage was $15. You can also buy bulk dried tea and tea accessories. My favorite is the toffee tea, medium sweet, with soymilk. They are also excellent with bringing your own container. Great place to study and hang out.
I can't tell you how much excitement I felt visiting this place. Where do I begin, I don't live far from here and I had some reservations. The outside building is very deceiving. I know "looks are deceiving" soooooo true. My spirit led me here the other day and I am happy. My husband and I walked in and felt the warm welcome. Beautiful yet simple decor. Customer service excellent, our first time and this young lady gave us the entire Kaleisia Experience. Great spot to come relax, read a book, get some work done or have a Zen moment. The food and drinks are healthy and fresh. This place is mad clean👍 and I absolutely love tea so I am hooked for life. Go Kaleisia so sorry it to me so long to see the Beauty in you...lol FYI ( The cupcake was vegan with matcha icing) Delish...
I ordered boba tea for my son ToGo , while enjoying the dining in with my daughter. When I went back to the counter and asked to keep the ToGo boba tea in the refrigerator, the lady she made me a fresh drink upon leaving the restaurant. That is perfect customer service plus it tells me that they take their boba quality seriously. This is my second visit, great choice

Great tea selection, highly customizable options. You pay per add-on, but the base prices are fair, if not inexpensive. Monthly teas are cheap; a nice bargain. I ordered the Matcha Green Milk Tea, large, which came in a nice glass jar. The flavor was potent that I could taste matcha swirling in my mouth. A few granules caught on to my straw... yum. To those who care, the ice was very clean. Boba was fresh. The environment is optimized for younger crowds, you know.. cool, with wordings along the wall you would see on popular Instagram posts. 3 different seating areas available: inside seating, outside (a small enclosed area sort of like a simple garden) setting, and a no-shoes ground-level seating tea room. Music was set to background level, so public chatter was not too loud. In fact, a few study groups were present during my stay. You are given a number after ordering, whereafter they bring the tea (or food) to your table. The only negative I experienced was that the straw I got had a bit of plastic on the end which I had to peel off before drinking. Overall the experience was fantastic. Recommend.
Came here on a whim since it's near USF. Friendly staff, nice atmosphere. Decent vegan food menu and enjoyed the mango matcha milk tea. Was not expecting the 和室 inside, but it adds a lot to the vibe. Would recommend if you need a place away from home to study (or grade, if you're me).
I’ve been coming here forever. Absolutely love their boba! It’s also a super cute space. Highly recommend for any tea lovers!
