Barbecue chicken pizza and the antipasto salad I ordered were pretty good. They let me try some homemade peanut butter cookies which were also delicious. This is one of my favorite places in south Tampa to order delivery. Thanks again guys!

I'm surprised this place doesn't have better reviews. Everything I had was great. Pizza was delicious and tender. I didn't have to tear it apart to eat it. Perfectly cooked with a crisp bottom. Staff was friendly. Garlic knots weren't really knots, more like pull-a-part bread, but still great. And they have cookies? I was sold

First time here today, heard the story on the news that they were closing and had to get a steak bomb so I could say I had one once. It was fantastic. Peppers and onions cooked completely, tons of meat, the salami adds a nice touch, soft bread, just the right amount of cheese. Too bad they are closing, the line was out the door, obviously it's a local favorite. Hopefully the new owners will keep some of the favorite items like the steak bomb.

I hate having to call a place back because of petty stuff. And I hate to even post this because they were nice. But I waited 23 minutes for this $14 sandwich that I had been craving to try for months. I dont live locally.
Finally. Today I made it in. Called ahead and yes. I arrived early. But it was me and 2 people in the restaurant. And a cold sandwich took 23 min.
Add to that. I ordered a foot long Italian sub.
It was so over saturated with oil the bread turned to mush. Had pickles which I don’t eat. And just broke 7”.
Again. They were nice about it. But, like. As a customer who paid $14 and gave nearly half an hour of his life…? At least get it right. Especially since I told the lady it was my first time and I was super excited.
The 2nd star is because they said they’d give me a credit next time. After one bite of this sandwich. I’ll be sure to get a pizza with that credit….. bad sandwich. Bad bread. And bread makes the wich!
I had such high hopes. I’m posting this so they don’t think I made it up.
Update: I went in again for the credit they offered. They were VERY nice about it. Very apologetic. And I ordered a pizza that is really good.
I thank the staff and management for rectifying this. And have upped my stars.

Phenomenal subs and garlic knots. I enjoy the steak bomber so much that I have yet to try anything else on the menu.
After a 2 year hiatus, the Steak Bomber is still great and service wonderful. I am glad that I don't love closer as I would either stronger will power or larger pants.

I started going here 30 years ago while in college. I've had cheese steaks everywhere including all the go to spots in Philly and I always crave a chubbys favorite.. first thing I did today when I got off the plane.

My husband and I got subs here and they were amazing! I got a cold sub and it was so fresh and tasted delicious. My husband got a hot sub and he raved about it all the rest of the day. This place is seriously underrated! Super good and great service!

I live in NYC, so ordering a pizza somewhere else is always a gamble. This was one of the BEST pizza I have EVER had. The mozzarella was perfect consistency, all the toppings tasted super fresh. I did my order through grubhub, everything was perfect. When I went to pick it up, the staff was super friendly and polite. Don't think twice, order HERE, don't bother with anywhere else or a from a chain, THIS is where you want to order from.

Great food. I’ve lived in Tampa for 2 years and have driven by multiple times always thinking that I should stop and try it. Too bad they’re closing down. Go get some before Jul 1.

High level pizza! The sauce tastes homemade with a hint of sweetness, the cheese is just the right amount and pairs so well with any toppings and the crust has a wonderful crunch to it. I've gone to Sally APizza and Frank Pepe's pizzerias in New Haven and Chubbys is on par with those famous locations 😋

Five Star service five Star atmosphere five Star food if you're down by Bayshore boulevard in Tampa you got to check this place out amazing steak bomb is a sandwich that's a go to that pizza is delightful as well also. This will definitely be my go-to spot when I'm in the area

It’s time for us to visit Chubby’s again. The food has always been delicious and consistent. They have the best meatball subs I’ve ever had. The staff is friendly and sincere and gives great customer service. Mike and I highly recommend! AAA+++!!!

Went on a Friday night, I'm from up North so it's difficult for my snobby taste buds to find a good cheesesteak. All I can say is WOW. Next tim I'm getting pizza and a cheesesteak. The atmosphere reminds me of home, the food, the radio... it's just all around the best. I'm taking my next date there for sure. Whenever I'm missing Jersey I'm going here for a couple slices.
