I recently visited El Perdigón, an authentic Venezuelan restaurant, and had their shrimp ceviche. It was amazing! The shrimp was fresh and flavorful, and the dish was beautifully presented. The restaurant had a nice atmosphere, and the staff were friendly. I definitely recommend trying it out!
This restaurant is a find. The food was fantastic. The appetizer sample was delicious and a great introduction to the cuisine. Bring your appetite if getting that and full entrées. The beef skewers were so tender, my favorite of the three! Everything was seasoned perfectly. The chorizo was delicious, and I'm usually not a fan. The platters were huge. Mine came with the best ceviche I've ever had. The pace is tiny, with 9 or 10 tables inside the well decorated space, and they have outdoor seating, too. The service was great even if your Spanish isn't. I highly recommend that you add this little gem to your dining out rotation. Kudos to the Chef and staff!
Highly recommend. I ordered a Patacón -green plantain, mixed chicken and beef.
The Patacón exceeded my expectations, at first look it appeared to be a large salad with plantain but once you open it and see all the feta cheese and the meat inside .. it was amazing. Also ask for cilantro cream and pour it on the Patacón it takes it from an 8 to a perfect 10. The sweet plantain Patacón was just as delicious.
The price is reasonable for the amount of food.
What an awesome resteraunt. Authentic amazing tasting food with plenty of options. Small, modern yet cozy place that will leave you beyond full. Prices are good and the portions are massive. I wish I knew about this place earlier going to spread the word. The pepitos sandwiches are really good and the steak is excellent as well.
This restaurant has the best Venezuelan food in Tampa hands down. It’s definitely a hidden gem. Get what you see I posted pics of & I promise you’ll be back for more. 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥❤️

The food is very good, the steak and chicken in the arepa was outstanding. Tried the cachapas for the first time and they were delicious as well, very similar to Colombian arepa de choclo. The restaurant is very small and for this reason they just have a few tables, meaning that waiting times can vary. Our server was very good and friendly.
This is one of my favorite restaurants Venezuelan rest the place is small but i dont care they give you and Excellent customer service. Meat that they cook to your liking and the meat has a delicious flavor. They have other options if you dont want eat meat.
Great spot.
We usually get the arepas (usually llenara?) And they are always good.
I like the Guyana cheese, similar to gouda but the rest of the family likes the de Mano.
Occasionally the meat cN be a bit overdone, but in general the bites are still great. I don't even like arepas, I think they're a bit tough. ...and it's still awesome. Good spices, the meats + cheese + chorizo is a solid bite. Good size to cost, too filling.
We also usually get at least 1 or 2 cachapa. Sweet corn pancake thing with cheese and chorizo. Odd, but wow.
Recently discovered their ceviche. Normally not a ceviche fan - had it as an app. ..
Then ordered another to take home for the kids. That Good.
Skewers are usually good - more impactful if overdone though.
Just a really good set of flavors, meals. Reasonably priced and friendly staff.
Need to go back frequently.
Delicious. Their chicken, pork and beef skewers are so tasty and grilled perfectly. The beef is by far my favorite. On top of it all, the staff have always been attentive and very nice. I love this place.
Very nice Venezuelan restaurant. Nice selection of traditional Venezuelan dishes. Many dinner for two options. Cozy atmosphere; eight tables. Traditional music. Traditional beverages and desserts available .
