Great service, food came out fairly quick after we ordered. They are always making sure you are being refilled with your drink and it was a big portion for a great price. I would highly recommend.
This is my favorite Thai restaurant in Tampa. The servers are friendly, and the food is consistently fantastic. I love the pad kee mao and pad thai (both sporting high-end flavors and freshness that you won't find in many thai restaurants), and my wife loves the chicken with cashew nuts.

Delicious. Ate here for the first time today for lunch, as our regular Thai place was closed. I had the peanut sauce curry with tofu and veggies, and my husband had massamun curry with pork. I asked for noodles instead of jasmine rice, and they were happy to oblige. I also let them know I was a vegetarian and asked if they had a soup other than chicken - no problem, she said, and they brought me vegetable soup, which was delicious and filled with veggies like cabbage, onion, carrot, broccoli, zucchini, and celery.
My curry was very lightly spiced, just as I'd asked, and had a great flavor. My husband asked for Thai-spicy for his pork, and he said it was as hot as he expected. The only thing I would change is that the vegetables in my dish weren't quite as cooked as I'd have liked (the carrots were still very crisp, almost as crisp as raw carrot), but otherwise, the food was wonderful.
The service was polite and prompt. The prices were also very reasonable. We will be back!
Authentic, fantastic. The lunch buffet is something that everyone has to try. Their chicken red curry is so delicious and their spring rolls and tempura fried veggies are definitely a favorite.

Absolutely delicious!! Decided to try after reading the reviews and was extremely impressed. Staff is excellent, restaurant is clean and THE FOOD is amazing. Started with Veggie Spring rolls crisp fresh delish. Next tried the Rice soup with chicken...broth was very tasty. Finally had the Veggie Pad Thai the portion was huge and it tasted wonderful, definitely will have again. To finish ordered the Sticky Rice with mango for my boyfriend and I had the Thai Donuts....both were excellent! Will highly recommend to friends and will definitely be back for more.
We've tried several places for pad thai in Tampa. Lemon Grass is definitely our favorite. We love their chicken pad thai. We also enjoy their chicken rice soup, spring rolls and steamed dumpling appetizer. We've yet to have bad service.
Best Thai In Tampa!. I LOVE this place. They have the best pad thai and fried rice anywhere this side of the south. If you like spice, order it extra hot. They'll bring the heat.

The BEST Thai. I love this place! The crab rangoon is so different- it has yellow curry in it- and it's really yummy. The food is never disappointing, and the service has always been very good. The consistency and quality keep us coming back!

Red chicken curry on buffet was good! Will get buffet next time. This time got chicken pad Thai lunch special with great veggie roll and chicken rice soup. All tasty. Enjoyed thai tea as well. Owners let me sample buffet for free. Very kind Namastay-- I'll be back. :)
Lemon Grass is super yummy. The restaurant is clean. The staff is really nice. The prices are great, esp the lunch buffet. I go every chance I get.
Great thai food. Decided to try it out after hearing good reviews, but i am always cautious about trying new thai places. i ordered take-out luckily, the place was packed but that's usually a good sign. everything was great and i will definitely be back for more!
My girlfriend and I both love Lemon Grass. It is ALWAYS our first choice for Thai. The staff is super friendly to us and they recognize me every time I dine there, which is every other week or so.

Best Thai in Tampa? I think so.... I can't do this phenomenal restaurant any justice with my comments. They are just the nicest people - fronm the owners to the servers - and the food is out of this world. They have the best pad thai and red chicken curry that I have tasted in the Tampa Bay area. Don't take my word for it - just watch the line wrap around outside their building for their lunch buffet every Monday through Friday from 11 am until 2 pm. A LUNCH BUFFET!!! I was in Heaven when I walked in and yes, it's worth the short wait and cramped dining area because I was able to sample all their speciality dishes and appetizers. All for $7.99! My favorite Thai place and it will be yours as well.
Only liked the food...and price. Don't get me wrong, the food was great! Had the lunch buffet and enjoyed everything on it. The curry chicken and veggie pad thai were my favorites. The price of $7.95 all you can eat was a nice surprise as well.
The downfalls were location/parking, decor and the layout. I had a hard time find a parking spot for the small building located off a busy highway at lunch time. The outside of the building could scare some people away and to be honest the interior decor wasn't much better. Those two items I can overlook but the thing that bugged me the most was the layout of the tiny space and buffet. The plates were in the middle of the buffet with silverware, spices etc. for such a tiny place I felt like I was in the way of everyone.

Tampa Thai. The pad thai is usually my fall back choice, and this didn't hit the spot on my first visit to Lemon Grass. However, I could tell by the number of regulars this place had much more to offer, and the service alone will bring me back.
Excellent. This is my favorite Thai restaurant in Tampa hands down. The mossumam (spelling?) curry is my all time favorite. I highly highly recommend this place. Service is fast, clean and friendly. I bring all of my friends here!
Nice quaint Thai. This was another Lunch test. The lunch buffet is not bad the food seemed fresh and had nice flavor and the price wasn't overboard for a buffet. If you want to eat a lot and try different things this is a good buffet to do it at. It is a rather small place and parking can get tight but if your looking for a Thai Buffet this is the place to go.
ILOVEIT!. The best Thai Food with the best service ever on the planet.. Try Yum Duck, Crab Rangoon, and Pumpkin Curry... Oh yeah .. The Sea Scallops..yummy.
This is the best Thai I've eaten. Everything is extremely fresh and if you're nice, owners Dao and Ray will make amazing suggestions for you to try. My favorite is the crispy duck with pumpkin ginger sauce. Wow!
Incredible Thai food. Everything I’ve had here tastes great and has been prepared perfect. I usually order the Red Curry with Chicken and Bamboo shoots, cucumber salad, chicken fried rice and an order of veggie fresh rolls with a sweet chili sauce.

We were craving for the Thai food and was looking for the Thai restaurant and came across Lemon Grass Thai Kitchen. It is a small restaurant which only offers pickup and delivery. One can't eat the dinner in the restaurant. But there is 2 tables outside patio where we can have dinner. From the menu we ordered Chicken Satay, Spicy Basil Fried Rice, Chicken Red Curry and for sweets we ordered Sweet Sticky Rice with mango. Since we were hungry so we decided to have dinner in patio instead of taking the food at home. We got our order in 15 minutes and it was hot and freshly made dinner. First we had chicken satay which was delicious. There was also a peanut sauce along with Chicken Satay which was delicious and tasty along with Chicken. After the appetizer we had chicken fried rice and chicken red curry. The food was delicious and tasty. It was hot and we loved the combo of rice and curry. After the dinner we had Sweet Sticky Rice with mango. The sweet dish was delicious and it was icing on the cake after the dinner. Amazing restaurant with the nice and sweet server.
The ambience of this place is just fab the moment you enter this place. It’s a bit small place but definitely worth a try for great authentic Thai food. The veg spring rolls were very crispy, light, delicate and quite hot served. They were just delicious. Thai fried rice with shrimp was cooked perfectly and aromas of Thai spices were flavorful making it tasty. The additional sauces provided were quite good and enhanced the taste of the food. Service is quick and fast. Staff is polite and attentive. Pricing is good. Must visit place in Tampa.
Came in right before closing. Pineapple rice was full of flavor and packed with veggies.
The coconut soup was spot on.

I had ordered one Pineapple Fried Rice with Chicken (spice level Hot) and one Green Curry with Veggies (spice level Hot) and both of them very delicious. This is the first time, I have eaten raisins in Pineapple fried rice and it was certainly adding to the flavor, hot and spicy as well as sweet occasionally due to the pineapple and Raisins. Green Curry was also the right amount of spicy, loaded with veggies and creamy. Their quantity is also pretty decent.
This is probably my favorite Thai restaurant in the South Tampa area. I had to deduct two stars because after calling in my order which was $18.65 and I paid with a $20 bill and $0.65. The cashier gave me back a dollar and a quarter. I was really confused and said hey you didn't give me the right change" she looked at me real funny and threw another dollar at me, and then walked away and said something in Thai. I can only imagine she was saying bad things about me. The food is amazing and I'll definitely be back. Just a little disappointed the cashier tried to keep some of my money. I was actually going to tip her more than she gave me back!
It's important to note that Lemon Grass Thai Kitchen is still in Covid restrictions and you can't dine in. We didn't know that and ordered from the front, but the food still came out really quickly. We went here yesterday and ordered the Panang Curry, one level below Thai Hot, and the Shrimp Pad Thai. Both were super delicious and came out at a good price. The food was super fresh. Would definitely come here again next time we're in Tampa.

Had a Sweet Tea, Chicken Satay, and Pad Thai. All very delicious. Not my #1 favorite for Pad Thai - went a little heavy on the fish sauce and not as well rounded flavor as I've had other places. That said, I would definitely go again and can easily recommend to others.
Oh man what a good meal. I had the red curry with pork. And my buddy Dave had the Larb salad. Great food good size portions.
I ordered mine medium hot and it was just right. Dave went nuts asked for his just hotter than hot and said it was perfect.
