Went straight there when I landed and was not disappointed! Fresh cut German rye-had a bauernschinken and Black Forest sandwich with the chive havarti. The woman who helped me was so kind and the staff answered all my questions. Picked up some goodies to take home, wish I lived closer!
Family owned. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Everything on this menu is so yummy. My favorite is the schillers club and their German potatoes - a unique take on potato salad. It’s vinegary and savory. I love coming here!
This place is great!! Authentic German goods here. The customer service was fantastic and the food was delicious.

This is one of our “go to” places in Tampa. Generous sandwiches, silky delicious German potato salad, excellent sauerkraut, and more! The folks here are so nice and helpful. The inside is rough around the edges- but it s a deli, not a 5 star dining room.
The only flaw/downside I wish they would change is serving food on styrofoam plates. It’s “ok” for cold sandwiches, but NOT ok for hot dishes - please stop serving hot food on styrofoam, it is toxic. I’ll ask for something different next time.
I lived in Germany for two and a half years or so matter of fact I graduated high school there I was a Military Dependent my father was in the Military obviously, however trying to find some place in America that actually has the stuff that you would find, eat and enjoy like in Germany, Schiller's is that place. So if you're looking for authentic German cuisine brats, buns, deli meat, or especially the Bavarian sweet & hot mustard you've got to go over and see them. Not to mention they will make sandwiches for you and everything else so they've got a real great deli there including German beer. I have yet to be displeased with anything I've purchased from those folks they are genuine they are nice, polite and don't ignore you. They are local and they deserve our support.

For a quick in and out German sandwich, I recommend Schiller's. Very friendly and clean staff as well a very clean place.
I ordered the #16 Bratwurst Ruben Sandwich and made it a Super with a very dam delicious cold Kristall Weissbier in a cold beer mug.
Everything was delicious and made me full, if you are looking for a quick in and out German sandwich spot. I highly recommend this location, come on in and enjoy yourself.......trust me, as soon you open the door you are slapped in the face with delicious smells. Also they serve salads and more!.

I used to go to Schiller’s as a child, then spent that last 30 years in Germany. Schiller’s gives me the products and tastes tastes that I miss. Overall a great place.
JUST A WONDERFUL FAMILY RESTAURANT WITH EXCELLENT FOOD AND GREAT PEOPLE RUNNING THE PLACE!!!!! SANDWICHES ARE SPECTACULAR AND THE TUNA SALAD IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST IN THE GREATER TAMPA AREA!!!!!
