They are not truly 24 hours. At any given moment they choose to lock the doors at their employees whim. They don’t provide any information on when they will return or when they will open for service again. However online they tell you they are 24 hours. God forbid, you run out of gas or you’re having an emergency & need this convenience store lol good luck

I'm with DoorDash and this is the 4th night (not in a row) I've been assigned to this specific store and they refuse to open the doors, while being here I've seen several, probably around 5 or 6 cars drive up and try to come into the store and just walk away disappointed. The employee that has this night shift refuses to work and loves to pretend the store is closed so they don't need do their job. Someone needs to do something about this because this is ridiculous, it's marked as 24 hours but the night shift employee doesn't act as such. Us doordashers have to waste our time standing here hoping we get the order and then having to wind up canceling the order, disappointing ourselves as well as the customer not getting the order that they were hoping for.

There is a black foreign man, employed at this location that has no integrity nor any manners. I went into this store about two months ago to purchase lotto tickets, immediately after I approached the counter and attempted to buy my tickets , he abruptly says to “lotto is down” ! His tone of voice made it known that he was being facetious. I took my business elsewhere to “Publix” which is less than one minute away, and strangely was able to buy my lotto tickets. (I never believed that lotto was down). I promised myself I would not patronize that 7-eleven location again. I needed fuel on 10/11/2021, (I was in dire need.) so I returned to this same location again hoping he wasn’t there. He wasn’t behind the register, he was on the floor helping a customer find a “phone charging cord/ charger. (Looks like he was trying to impress her) there was a female clerk at one of the registers cashing out customers. As the female clerk was ringing up my purchase, he says to her “hey do you remember the other night I told you about that old lady…(he then motions to me) I pretended that I wasn’t noticing. He finished talking rudely and disrespectfully about me, right in my face! I couldn’t believe him, HE HIMSELF IS AN OLD MAN! I completely ignored him and left the store. I returned later that same night and asked the clerk on duty (who says his name is Ho) for corporate’s phone number. He says he doesn’t know it or have it. So I asked him for the store manager’s name, he says he doesn’t know it. He kept asking me “why” I promised myself a long time ago, that if I go into a business and if that business employees doesn’t respect me, I will never return and spend my hard earned dollars there again. I went back on my word, and gave 7-eleven another chance. I heard a famous judge say “if a person tells you or shows you who they are the first time believe them) Automated machines may not be personable, but I can tell you none have ever disrespected me. Taxi car rides were once in demand, but as time went on a great number of the drivers were rude to the point that many people seeked other ride options.

After 15 years of coming to this store, I will be taking my business some where else like WAWA across the street. There is this little troll looking middle eastern looking leprechaun that works here. And if I go back and he disrespects me again I'm not sure how I'll react. So it's better to just go to a place where people are well trained and well mannered.

Absolutely disgusting! Was there 3 days ago and purchased these items from the cold food area (it was cheese wrapped with pepperoni) took a bite of it and almost got sick looked at the expiration date. It expired over a month ago. So who at this store is doing inventory quality checks. So fast forward was there tonight and I see 3 roaches running around on the counter (by the register that was closed) . This is absolutely disgusting and I will be contacting the broward county health department in regards to this location forst thing in the morning!!!!!
