To the sandwich maker that made my Italian sub: This is the best sub I have ever eaten!
Wait time was minimal at 1pm and service was speedy and everyone was kind.

The best sandwiches in the USA , don't get small ones because they are really small, size of one half of medium sandwich . Prices are reasonable for quality .

Me and my girlfriend shared a sub I got for my birthday rewards and it was great.

We eat at Firehouse for lunch several times a month. The subs are always perfectly prepared and very tasty. Service is always exceptional. Firehouse is my favorite sub shop. We have eaten at all the Tallahassee location and they are all good.

I will be coming back. The sandwich WAS good Maybe next time>>>÷
Had a free sub for my birthday and it was okay. It's been a while since I have had Firehouse but I remember it being more substantial. I gave it four out of five stars because it was free, so what are you really gonna complain about? But I teetered between three and four stars because it was apparently made for a Chihuahua and I literally wouldn't even consider it to have been big enough to be a snack. And why I'm not sure I'll even be back ever again (without another free or almost free situation to see if that sandwich was an anomaly) is because the price before my birthday discount was around $7 and there's no way in hell I would've paid more than MAYBE a dollar for the product I received. I was pretty disappointed because I remembered them just being SO good years back. But again, it was free and we were nearby so I can't complain. Though it was such a sad couple bites of "sub" that I probably would be a little steamed if we had made a special trip there or driven too far off our original course to stop there. Is my memory of their Hook and Ladder sub (and others);being Off. The. Chain. in the past just incorrect? Or has it just gone so far downhill that it was kind of a waste of time getting it for me, I weigh 129lbs and don't generally require copious amounts of food to fill me... Where'd ya go, toasty and delicious satisfying subs of my memories?l
