This place is great. A chain BBQ joint, that keeps it's Alabama mom n pop roots. The food was great, and the staff was really nice. I had ribs (plump, perfectly smoked), 'tater salad (with bits of skin and a mustard tang), and beans. The portions were great and it all came out really quick. I want to go back so that I can try the half chicken, okra, and Cole slaw. My rib dinner with 4 big bones, and a tea was $24.95.
Was in look for a real good bit of BBQ. Yip, fou d it. Ribs fell off the bone with ease. Flavor was there and the slaw rocked. Not too sweat. The nachos were perfect. Every bite all the way down had something on it. Not like nachos from fast food or movie theaters either. Don't get me started with the banana pudding.
Indubitably delicious, flavorful, juicy, moist, succulent and tender Bar-B-Q chicken and pork ribs. The hot chicken wings are awesome as well. Great atmosphere. Fantastic food and service. Great variety of beverages. One of the best if not, the best Bar-B-Q in Tallahassee.
The baker potato was on point! I highly recommend it! The baked beans tasted like store bought ones from a cheap brand. Hence, taking off 1 star.
Me, my mom and sister decided to stop in on a whim and we're so glad we did! We ended up getting some ribs, chicken, and the rib tips quesadilla, ALL delicious! Seasoned well, tender, and everything was hot and fresh. We met Nate who was the manager and he was pleasant and took great care of us. Our server was a sweetheart, and even though it was the end of their day, they served us quickly and kindly. We returned back the next day and the food and service was just as good. I hope the bad reviews I've seen here are just a few folks that caught them on their off days, because honestly I've been pleased with my experiences here. Definitely give them a try if you can!

This was one of the hardest places to assign a rating too. I ordered a combo plate and got a 1/4 chicken chopped pork and a double side of mac n cheese. The chicken was arguably THE BEST I have ever had. It was so tender it fell off the bone and had amazing smoky flavor. The pork on the other hand was so beyond dry it was hard to eat. The mac and cheese was great but this had to be the smallest container I have ever seen. 3 bites max, looked like a sauce container. I also got the bread pudding which was amazing. Overall this restaurant could be 5/5 amazing but fix the portions and the pork
Service is friendly the pulled pork sandwiches excellent the baked beans are right on time sweet tea is delicious all around a good experience
