Canopy Road Cafe

Mostly good things to say about this place. Great breakfast fare at a decent price and if you come in around 9am you are usually sat quickly. The patio is great to sit outside and eat and unwind. One thing I sometimes have an issue with is the cook on my eggs (which I get, over medium is a fine line) and sometimes I get a different side then what I order, but if I want it traded in they fix it quickly. Definitely recommend for breakfast before heading into town.

We were in town for a soccer tournament. We sat at the bar and were completely entertained by the efficiency of the kitchen staff and servers. The way they moved and the calmness made for a very enjoyable meal. They never yelled or bumped into each other and the food was delicious. The place was packed and we were in and out in under 35 mins at 10 AM on a Saturday I ordered the smoked lox and got more salmon than I would have had I bought a package of smoked salmon In the store. We will be back!

The Captain Crunch french toast is AMAZING!! The strawberry and banana toppings were fresh and delicious as well. Others had the cinnamon roll french toast and country fried steak. Everyone pretty much finished their entire plates. The place is a bit tight/cramped on space but they seem to make it work.

What a delightful restaurant! My first time and I was very pleased. I live in Pensacola , FL and I am a long time season ticket holder for Florida State games and have had breakfast at many restaurants in Tallahassee. Of course some are better than others but, I feel as if I have found a hidden treasure at Canopy Road. I'll be back in Tally for the Duke game and will certainly be treating myself to breakfast at the Canopy Road Cafe once again! Oh BTW they have some really unique omelettes and scrabbles if you're looking for a break from the standard breakfast fare. Of course they have that too. My server was attentive and kind. I can't wait for Sunday morning!

Love this location. Open tables on Sunday morning with no wait. The service was quick and on point. Food was delicious! Ordered an omelet and the Alaskan Benedict. The Nashville hot chicken sandwhich was good but I thought there would be more coleslaw on it. The fried green tomatoes are delicious! Will we be back? Oh yes. And bringing friends with us.

Small space but, service is fast so we've never had to wait too long to be seated. My daughter gets the funky monkey pancake every time we go here. There is the right amount of bananas. I love the to order the avocado toast with the egg. Very tasty and light. Love this place and the servers are always friendly.
