You don’t expect to find authentic Thai food in a small town in Alaska, but yes, here is the place you will like. I ordered my favorite Green Curry Chicken & Tofu, along with the Thai ice tea. They are both authentic and delicious. I asked waitress, and she said her family actually came from Bangkok, no wonder! Bon Appetit! Enjoy the roadside view of trucks and Denali range in the distance! Cheers!

The best Thai food in Alaska, one of the best Thai food we’ve ever had outside of Thailand! We had dinner on the way to Denali and fell in love with the food and the spot and decided to drop by for lunch on the way back to Anchorage four days later. It’s a must visit if you’re in the Talkeetna area or are just driving by to Denali/Anchorage.

It's a simple and small place. Order at the counter and eat at the tables outside. We just wanted a quick lunch but the quality of the food was way above what we'd expect form a road side shop at a tourist route with limited options! Pictured was a beef basil stir fry. We also had Penang curry with chicken, fried rice, and Pad See Ew(a noodle dish). All have rich flavors with balanced seasoning. Would definitely go back if in the area again!

I recently reviewed another Thai restaurant on Highway 3 and said it was amazing, but this place deserves the same. I can now confirm all the best Thai places are between Anchorage and Fairbanks instead of in the cities themselves. I got the pad Thai and it was soooo good. Wonderful flavor, great amount of sauce. My only drawback was I ordered a 2 spicy and I was on FIRE! This is no ordinary 2, they do the real stuff, but honestly I still scarfed it down and was still really happy with the flavor.

Shrimp pad Thai was pretty good and very good considered where it's located pretty much out of nowhere, off a highway.

Got the Pad Woon Sen, spice level 2/5. Slightly above my spice comfort level, similar to doing a shot of Sriracha each bite. Had otherwise fantastic flavor. They were the only place in the area open late during our late night commute back to Anchorage.

first off, phenomenal flavor… flavor town USA! Pad Thai 10/10, drunken noodles 10/10 … little bit pricey, but par for the course. Mama knows what she’s doing!
