Julek's Polish Kitchen

I have become a fan of this place! They use organic, grass fed, great quality ingredients. The restaurant smells like home cooking, comforting! I grew up in northern China, bordering Russia. All we had in the winter time was sauerkraut, potatoes and meat (meat for flavors, we didn’t have money to cook roast or steaks). Cabbage was the most popular ingredient in our cooking. Julek’s kitchen’s sauerkraut reminds me of my childhood! The stews are the best!

We just had the best meal ever. My wife had the special a pork chop stuffed with prunes and crusted with almonds. I had the cabbage roll sampler. I have been a chef for most of my life and have always believed that food should evoke emotions in the person eating. I would like to think I have created this a time or two. Until tonight it's only happened to me twice. Tonight I was brought to tears this was by far the most perfect food I have ever eaten. I believe the chef is the owner and I would like to thank her. Amazing!!!

I had a Wonderful, Perfect meal with a delightful view of the sunlit hills. The food was so hearty and flavorful. I love that she bothers to have no GMO's, organic food and high quality, antibiotic free meats. Polish beer and local wines are offered, and a Fabulous ambiance as well....I highly recommend!

I tried Juleks tonight for the first time! I had no idea they were there, as I don't go to talent very often or I wouldve been coming here sooner! From just walking in the place, it smelled so good and I couldn't wait to eat! I ordered a sampler platter with a vegetarian cabbage roll, summer kielbasa, spinach and potato pieirogis, mashed potatoes, fresh vegetables and a delicious soup! Cant forget the fresh bread either! Oh my gosh it was so good! I will definitely be back for sure! I want to try everything on the menu! My Bobcha would cook all kinds of yummy polish dishes when I was growing up, so this definitely hits home for me! I wouldve taken a picture but it was gone too quick!
