Chili's

The service here is rocking! The hostess and the waitress were hustling around getting things cleaned up and helping multiple tables, it was great to see. I was almost done with my drink and BOOM she already had a new one for me. The food was good, it was Hot and fresh. Did the margarita chicken, with different sides than normal. Over great lunch!

Ordered Monterey Chicken and when it was delivered, the dish had been microwaved, the bacon was burned almost to ash, the chicken was burnt and the cheese on the bacon was hard. The potatoes, mashed and loaded, had a dried skin from having been microwaved. My daughter had a quesadilla salad that was delivered with cold chicken and cold quesadillas that should have been hot and my son ordered Cajun Chicken Pasta and it too was delivered cold. The only dish that was hot was the child's pizza we ordered for my granddaughter. I sent my dish back and asked for 3 strips of bacon only. My kids sent theirs back as well. The waitresses were amazing and did their absolute best to help us. One waitress did delete the cost of the Monterey Chicken and offered $15 in gift cards. She was really nice and I hate that she and the other wait staff had to deal with this situation. I cannot give the wait staff 5 stars themselves or I would but overall, I was very disappointed with our experience.
