I mean yeah, it's McDonald's, so not exactly high-class dining. But they did everything right. All three employees (order taker, cashier, and presenter) I spoke to were polite and friendly. The service was quick, especially for around lunch-time. And the food was hot (including the fries!), as well as accurately made, even though there were three sandwiches with alterations. Really, what more can a person ask for from a fast food place? They did a great job. I'd go back.

No dine-in, their lobby is still closed. A security guard brings out the food for pick-up orders. They are pretty fast, but quality is poor. The drive through will not take bicycles or walk-ups, so if you don't have a car, you can't eat here.

I was dining inside with my service dog on my birthday and I was approached by the manager and told that my dog wasn't allowed in the store even though she had a service dog vest and wasn't causing a distruption. Once I informed her she was my Service dog she said "it doesn't matter she's not allowed in here"... They didn't give me my food and they refused to refund my money

This is the second time I used the app and then they asked for cash saying my card didn't work the first time I spent 32 dollars and they said dont worry it will go back to my card and that was a month ago now they just did it again I'm calling corporate this time cause now they owe me 50 bucks!! This place is ripping people off and I wonder how many people didn't notice cause they've got me twice now 😠

Honestly my favorite McDonald's because the staff is awesome. Day or night. Union Ave store's staff will fight you. They don't play. Downtown staff is just cool, no beef, just chill.

The McDonald's inside the Super Walmart in Puyallup was disgusting. The floors were filthy with dirt and trash. The soda machine area was sticky and nasty. There were flies and only one person cooking the food.

This is a favorite McDonald's. The food is always delicious, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The McDonald's App is so easy to use, it's fast, and you get some great deals!!

This McDonald's is the best and most consistent McDonald's I've ever been to. It doesn't matter what time of day it is, the filet of fish and fries are always fresh and they are never salty. The staff there also give great customer service!
