I ordered the Homestyle chicken sandwich. It was difficult to bite into this sandwich. The chicken was tough as if freezer burnt. Disgusting, I will not go back again.

Ordered in Yelm on way home but order was wrong so ask to get it fixed at this location since it's closer. Was told no because it would count against them and they didn't make the mistake. So it's more important to look good on the books than through customer service. One burger was all I wanted to exchange. Thanks for the great service.

$6.25 for a jumbo jack?
No thanks. They put absolutely zero effort into making your food the way you order it. Hands down the worst fast food place on earth. Stay away, far away.

Website says you close at midnight, I was there at 11 and was in line for a bit. There were employees inside when I got there. When I got to the ordering screen, i waited and waited and nobody responded. I drive around and saw the building was empty and the parking lot too. It was 11:15, all the employees left without telling me or the other cars behind me that they were closing.

Always short staffed, never get the order right. Literally had a child working there the other day I was picking up a order. Definitely don't clean up to health code standard and wouldn't be surprised if rats are places we can't see. I will never ever eat here again!

They refused to sell a diabetic with really low blood sugar food claiming they only do door dash orders....and got trapped in drive through while the door dash drivers in front and behind me took so long to get untrapped that I ended up passing out trying to make.it somewhere else for sugars... my car is damaged but luckily no one was injured besides me. I can only hope you get the same treatment you gave to me if you ever have a medical emergency.

I ordered 3 cheeseburger munchie meals and none of them had patties in them. And the tacos had so much red sauce they were uneatable.

For being understaffed they still manage to get the orders out in a timely manner. My only complaint is the drive thru needs some TLC cuz I drive a jacked up Jeep TJ, and it's pretty ruff , I've been off roading with less bumps.
