I love their food but their service leaves a lot to be to be desired. I really wish they'd be friendly to customers. You are often meant to feel unwelcome by the staff.

I enjoyed Jimmy John's very much I didn't even know they were in upstate New York cuz I'm from Florida and I love that the one I go to has a drive-thru right now with everything going on food's delicious rolls delicious have no complaints well I wish they'd offer more different types of cheese

They deliver to my work by bicycle in less than 14 minutes every time I order. That's incredible! Rain, snow, sleet or hail they show up without fail. I wish I could tailor my sandwiches a little bit more but I'm sure If everybody did that the speedy delivery time would be delayed. They also have a consistent product. I do feel obligated to leave a bigger tip because the people ride a bike up a big hill back to the store.

I love Jimmy John's. There subs are amazing and I love them so much. However their prices are a bit expensive I could buy 2 subs at subway for the price of theirs. But their subs are still amazingly awesome and will buy from them again

So happy this next to the hospital and they deliver fast, food was good we ordered 2 subs, 2 pickles and 2 cookies for 28, not bad and we never had to leave the hospital!!!!

We hadn't been to SU Hill in forever ! We were exhausted from the hospital for a couple days and took a walk and found this gem. The staff was so nice , quick to help and explain sandwiches and options and made us feel right at home. It was a nice visit and pretty yummy food!

I love that they stay open until 3am. Parking sucks since it's on a tiny one way street but it's not a deal breaker.
