Not only the food was great to top it off the server we had ( I can't remember her name) omg she did a wonderful job, it was quite busy in there and everything was running smoothly. If I could have her at every restaurant we eat at it would be great, she was so friendly and such a great server. We will deffinently be back, awesome experience thank you!
We love Texas Roadhouse, come all the time. Visited today and sat for 10+ minutes without being greeted by a server. Flagged someone down, (Nicole) who couldn’t apologize enough. She was kind enough to quickly grab our drink orders, gave the kids cute souvenir cups, offered us an appetizer on the house for the trouble, and then personally introduced us the waitress (Alyse) who was great the rest of the meal. Half way thru, another manager (Dave) came over to again apologize and asked if there was anything else he could do. When we got our bill we were so surprised he took some $ off and once again apologized. They more than made up for the wait in the beginning. Amazing customer service and as always, we’ll definitely be back. Thank you!

the best ribs ever i always get that full rack, loaded baked potato, and salad with house dressing w crumbly blue.but they put creamy blue on instead, still great .good service.

First time there last night and loved it! Really don't know how we never went there before. WAY better food and service than chilis (my usual favorite). We were celebrating our 1st anniversary and this was perfect. Can't say enough how AWESOME our waitress Bailey was!! Kept our cups full, which made me happy, and she noticed how much my husband loved the rolls so she gave him some to go! Such little details but they made us so happy. She joked with us, was very down to earth and I can't say enough how much we enjoyed it! We never remember our servers name but this time we did, and she was so cool we knew we had to do a review somewhere! Way to go girl! Keep up the awesome work!
Went after a Syracuse football game. Place was packed - but - somehow we got a seat fairly quickly. Servers were attentive and quick. Food was served hot and fast. Our server continued to bring bread throughout our entire visit, which the kids loved.
Meals were fantastic. Steaks were cooked as ordered. Always a good time at Texas Roadhouse!
My husband is a steak person and he truly loves this place. We have been here twice and we have enjoyed it both times ! (: we join the waitlist to avoid long waiting period and it’s very helpful so I recommend it. Atmosphere is great and you’ll hear the occasional happy birthdays which is really fun. My husband loves the bread and we get seconds. The steak is so flavorful and juicy and I do feel it’s great portion size! Sides are good and it depends what you get. I also got a Mango Margarita and it was so delicious (especially since I didn’t taste the alcohol). Great steakhouse, truly recommend if you haven’t been here (:
Terrific service! We ate (and drank ofc) at the bar and our bartendress and lady who brought out our food were so helpful. Also the hosts were personable, friendly, and prompt. We truly enjoyed our meal and dining experience and will absolutely return in the future. I wish we remembered our bartender’s name because she was just so funny, sweet, and attentive. The family went out to celebrate my mother's Birthday and this was our second option. Because the other was closed. We had the best time here celebrating my mom. The service was excellent from Tammy and Kari, the food was excellent. We got too full off of the hot buttered bread (Pre-meal). The steak, ribs, shrimp and sides were delicious and perfectly cooked. This place moves up on my list future forward😋. Thank you for an awesome time! My mom wanting to get on the horse was epic😊‼️
Stephanie was the best waitress we've had in a long time. And I don't cook, so we eat out a lot. She checked on us often and had patience dealing with the six of us. The food was delicious, as always. Great job, everyone. We'll see you soon!
Everything is always great here. Steak, fries, buns, customer service. Everything. If you want a good meal for not breaking the bank come here
I do wish the pulled pork came with a more substantial bun/roll, but the food is amazing. Our waitress, however, put it over the top. She said she had been working there for many years and you can tell she has a wealth of experience. She made our regular dinner feel more like an event, than just a dinner out. We also used the app to get on the wait list, and that was very helpful!
I have not had a bad meal here. I brought out of state guests and two kiddos with very diverse eating habits, and everyone loved what they ordered. Their steak is really good, but also, their kids' meals and fish and chips were a big hit. The prices were reasonable and the service is always great. Their house salad that comes as a side is a meal in itself. I always have enough leftovers for a second meal.
The food was good as always. We arrived at a busy time of day and our waitress Rachel was on top of her game. Friendly and helpful yet not clingy. She made our evening so much more fun. A great waitstaff can make all the difference. See you next time.
I came here for my birthday and the waitress I had went above and beyond to make my birthday a memorable one. I absolutely recommend coming here. The food is amazing and savory and the staff are extremely friendly. I had lost my phone somewhere in there, and everyone helped me find it.

My brother and i had brought our father, whom is a Veteran, and we all enjoyed our meals, the visiting with other customers, our waitress was awesome. She took care of us well, even made me some cocktail sauce for my meal. She made sure we were taken care of too. Kari was her name. Thank you we will return.
Crowded, but the wait was short. Food was so good, including the ribs. Because it was my first time there, they sent over a free sampler of the sides we ordered. Service was marvelous; they work as a team, so if your server is busy and your order is up, a team member will bring it out piping hot. I was impressed.
We had a waitress named Kari and she was absolutely amazing and so kind. She made my family have a great experience. Recommend asking for her as your waitress.
