Went after a Syracuse football game. Place was packed - but - somehow we got a seat fairly quickly. Servers were attentive and quick. Food was served hot and fast. Our server continued to bring bread throughout our entire visit, which the kids loved.
Meals were fantastic. Steaks were cooked as ordered. Always a good time at Texas Roadhouse!

Stephanie was the best waitress we've had in a long time. And I don't cook, so we eat out a lot. She checked on us often and had patience dealing with the six of us. The food was delicious, as always. Great job, everyone. We'll see you soon!

My brother and i had brought our father, whom is a Veteran, and we all enjoyed our meals, the visiting with other customers, our waitress was awesome. She took care of us well, even made me some cocktail sauce for my meal. She made sure we were taken care of too. Kari was her name. Thank you we will return.

I do wish the pulled pork came with a more substantial bun/roll, but the food is amazing. Our waitress, however, put it over the top. She said she had been working there for many years and you can tell she has a wealth of experience. She made our regular dinner feel more like an event, than just a dinner out. We also used the app to get on the wait list, and that was very helpful!

The food was good as always. We arrived at a busy time of day and our waitress Rachel was on top of her game. Friendly and helpful yet not clingy. She made our evening so much more fun. A great waitstaff can make all the difference. See you next time.

I have not had a bad meal here. I brought out of state guests and two kiddos with very diverse eating habits, and everyone loved what they ordered. Their steak is really good, but also, their kids' meals and fish and chips were a big hit. The prices were reasonable and the service is always great. Their house salad that comes as a side is a meal in itself. I always have enough leftovers for a second meal.

Crowded, but the wait was short. Food was so good, including the ribs. Because it was my first time there, they sent over a free sampler of the sides we ordered. Service was marvelous; they work as a team, so if your server is busy and your order is up, a team member will bring it out piping hot. I was impressed.

I came here for my birthday and the waitress I had went above and beyond to make my birthday a memorable one. I absolutely recommend coming here. The food is amazing and savory and the staff are extremely friendly. I had lost my phone somewhere in there, and everyone helped me find it.
