Surasang The Korean - Syosset - Photo album

It’s a small family operation. Clean table , clean plates, northing super amazing . It’s like eating at home . I don’t know what is authentic Korean. Not sure if Korean food is a bit on the salty side. But , the dishes we ordered was a bit too salty, like from instant food packages. Seafood pa
Surasang is serving up Korean cuisine in Syosset. The restaurant is located in an unassuming strip mall off Jericho Turnpike. Standard Korean appetizers were served with our meal. We order the 5pc fried chicken, kimchi pancake, and dol-sot bibimbap. I really like the pancake and bibimpab. The f
I had a wonderful experience at Surasang Korean restaurant!!! The food was amazing, and the staff was friendly and always available. The ambiance was stunning and had a distinct Korean vibe. It's great to finally have a place like this in town. I initially visited during the soft opening, and upon r
Working in Flushing Queens I was a little skeptical getting Korean food anywhere else, but I'm glad I did. This place is tucked in a very busy shopping plaza but should not be over looked! The food I had today was so tasty, a great value, and the portions were generous. We started with an order of
Delicious Korean food at a friendly family owned restaurant. They take obvious pride in their restaurant and it shows. We shared a kimchi pancake appetizer. Nice variety of banchan accompany the meal. I had a spicy seafood soup with noodles, which was outstanding. Everyone enjoyed their meals.
This Place is fantastic! Went here with my family for the first time several weeks ago and what a treat. The restaurant itself is very simple-Not much happening in the way of ambiance, but the food is amazing. We shared a seafood Hot Pot and pork rib BBQ and OH BOY!!! From the banchan to the Charm
The first time in, we came for the hot bibimbap. It was delicious. The second time we came in, we came for the Haemul Sundubu Jjigae. Also delicious. The sides are nice, the chicken wings are a bit too sweet for my taste, but still tasty. And neither of us were big fans of the kimchi soup. It was go
Such a great Korean spot! The service was excellent and they explained what we ordered and what came with it. All the food was delicious but I wish the chicken was crisper.
This is a very unique Korean Restaurant, serving country Korean fare, with friendly service and really good food. This is a family owned business and the owner takes pride in what she does. Highly Recommended
Food was perfect, especially the tteokkbukki (or dduk bokki), and the staff was very nice and sociable. The prices were similar to other Korean restaurants I’ve been to.
First time visiting this place, food and service good. Not much choice but it's still good.
The owner takes pride is keeping the place clean - I've been going there since before this owner and the couple who runs it with their son at the register is dedicated to providing authentic dishes in clean, friendly environment. I've tried all Korean places on LI, and this is my preferred place.
Found an amazing Korean restaurant- Surasang Korean Restaurant. The owners were great hosts. It was amazing Korean food. The flavors I haven’t tasted since I lived in Korean Town in Los Angeles. I highly recommend this place.
