The Dunkin Donuts in Sycamore,IL has the best iced coffee and donuts. And the employees are so nice and helpful. And the displays are very neat and organized.
I'm all about customer service and I must give KEVIN a hats off! Instead of the usual "No Problem" when I thanked the order taker for taking my order, KEVIN came back with "My Pleasure". Truly nailed it, as well as my business. Oh yea, the iced coffee was great too!
Our go to morning coffee spot. We even bring our dog with everyday and he gets a munchkin! Our mornings wouldn't be the same without our Dunkin routine. Orders are 90% of the time right, and the staff is almost always welcoming!
