I love all of the employees and my drinks are usually top notch, I go there daily but please clean the espresso machine, the last three days my latte has been gross tasting. As a former employee I know it's because the espresso machine is being neglected and not properly cleaned.
This location is always good. No matter in store or drive thru, you always have a bit of a wait. Service quality is great! I've never had an issue with accuracy or quality. This area of 31 is always full of traffic which makes me avoid this place sometimes.

Anyone can open a Dunkin Donuts, but for someone to master the operations behind it takes a skilled group of individuals. Keep up the good work guys!!

I'm a huge fan of Dunkin. This DD location does not allow for indoor dining just yet. Friendly and courteous service. Inventory on donuts were low at around 6:00pm. Lots of parking spaces.
I love this Dunkin!! I won’t go to any others in the area. My medium hot caramel craze is always perfect and the employee/manager (Carson?) who is there literally everyday, is always so friendly. Thank you. 🤗

Very attentive staff,they were short and very busy,the manager was working her back off,very nice person,a Saturday like about 10am,we went in to order because the drive thru was long.
All and all they pull thru with all the orders,mind you they also had online orders.

The store was clean and I loved the Dunkin related murals that hung on the walls. Very different and cool that the store had paintings made by their customers. Thought it was an interesting and interactive idea. Will definitely be returning to this Dunkin the next time I find myself in Swiftwater.

Came in around 8pm and the staff were polite and not like other places eager to close. Also do morning runs with my clients and the staff are friendly and very upbeat. Best DD in the poconos.
My beginning of the day stop. Easy on and off Rt 611, Park: Ok, not a standalone store, couple other businesses. Staff is friendly and orders are filled accurately and quickly. Never been inside, so I don'y know seating or bathrooms, I like stopping in here on my way North
Dunkin had special cold brew cups for sale, this place had them a couple months back.. I cleared the store out. After that I went to see if they possibly had more, being that Dunkin dis-continued them. They did not, in fact they reduced the whole selection of cups drastically in the store. No hate just not a good idea for a business. Anyways this visit was great I ended up spending like 50$ on food and coffee for the office. They loved it.
