Nice home style cooking. Great staff and service. Had the biscuits and gravy and a side egg. Coffee was good and bottom less refills! Very homey and friendly.

First time here and they make these best omelets ever! The food came out quickly. Good prices. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. Will definitely eat here again when we are in the area.

Hickory Valley Farm Restaurant offers a unique and quaint atmosphere that adds to its charm. The use of actual frying pans as plates adds a rustic touch to the dining experience. The only downside is that they accept cash only, so make sure to bring some. However, the staff is exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home. It's a perfect spot for families to enjoy a cozy meal together.

An absolute staple for the area and a must try for anyone visiting nearby. My family has been going since I was small, about two decades ago, and the quality and friendly service remain top notch. Delicious food and a cozy atmosphere, what more could you want? If you don’t get the corned beef hash you’re missing out. Truly a great breakfast spot that I couldn’t recommend any higher!

Delicious foods. Generous portions. Service is a bit slow and IT'S ONLY CASH. so make sure you bring some on you. We had grilled cheese poached eggs and french toast. Prices are fair. I definitely recommend.

Sassy servers are funny and entertaining! That is just the start of it! The food was delicious, the breakfast plates com on the pan! It is a great little touch. Everything was fresh, hot, and delicious! Can't wait to rent a cabinet out at the Poconos so that I get to come back to this little gem of a place!

Super cute place for brunch. Shelley was super friendly and always asked us if we need anything. Foods were good, the prices were ok. $2.5/ hot coffee and free refills. Even though Cash only, better then so many restaurants have extra fee.

Great restaurant for family brunch. Their prices are fair for the portion sizes you get, I asked for pepper and onions in my home fries, but did not get it. Everything else was fine. The service was a little slow.

This is my second time eating here. I discovered this restaurant almost exactly a year ago in 2022, when I attended the Elements Music and Arts festival at the Poconos Raceway (which is only about a half hour or less away). My group and I set out to find a place to eat on our way back home (to NJ) and came across this restaurant on Google. The food looked delicious, so we decided to give it a try, and we were not disappointed! Well, I went to the Elements Muisc and Arts festival again this year, and again, my group and I wanted to find a place to eat on our way home. We remembered that we ate at this restaurant the last time and had to visit it again, especially because we had someone new with us this time and we wanted to show her how awesome this restaurant is. During our first visit, we did not expect to see such an adorably decorated interior. So, when we walked in, we were presently surprised. It's very old - school country, with a very large variety of pig decor, haha. I love how unique it is! It has a very cozy sort of atmosphere and has so many adorable decorations to enjoy. I think it's a great family breakfast & lunch place, and I love that they offer a kids' menu. We all loved our meals (on both occasions). This time, I got the Country Breakfast: Pork sausage with homemade gravy and added a side order of two easy over eggs. It was so good, and so, so filling! I had to box up about half of my plate to take home with me. I thought their coffee was good, too. Our waitress was super attentive and kind, and we didn't have to wait long for our meals to be served. I love that they serve your meals in a pan, I think it adds to the unique character this restaurant has. One thing to keep in mind when eating here is that this restaurant is CASH ONLY. They have an ATM inside, in case you don't have any cash on hand. I will absolutely come back to Hickory Valley Farm when I'm in this area. Both of my experiences here have been great. I would recommend giving them a shot if you're nearby, too!
