I never thought I'd say this about ice cream, but this ice cream was disgusting. It went down the drain as soon as I tasted it. The toppings were stale, the ice cream tastes like it is 50 years old, it's gross.

The bathroom is disgusting , the flavor selection isn’t great, and the cookies were stale. Totally overrated. At practically $5 for 3 scoops youd be better off just getting a pint of ben and jerry’s from wawa . At least then you don’t have to pay for parking

Bad service, sales person was discriminating, ice cream freezer displays was nasty. Seems like the ice cream was melted and re-frozen. The icream was mixed with other flavors. The associate didn't know what she had and what the sales coupons stated ...so she didn't accept them.

My kids love the ice cream choices here and I love that I can get coffee for myself, and everyone who works here is very friendly.

Went to enjoy a family outing @ Baskin-robbins and the severe didn't know how to make a Banana split nor did she know how to make a Sundae she placed all the toppings on the bottom of each you should place someone there that knows what and how to make what the customer wants will never go back there again DQ is better then this place.
