Review Taco Bell - Swanton

Every single time I am here my order is wrong, not most of the time, every time. As well as there being hair I’m my food. Horrible customer service. The kid I just saw stood leaning on the counter eating the food out of a basket with his bare hands and had his ear buds in while i waited at the counter for any kind of interaction for 5 minutes. Might I mention there was no other customers or anyone in the drive through. Still didn’t talk to anyone while I was there, I found my food on the shelf and left. And you guessed it, my order was wrong. Seriously need to find workers for this place that will do anything, horrible service and food. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS LOCATION.

The only reason I’m even giving 1 star is because every time we have come to this Taco Bell the employees have always been really nice, but at the same time every single time we have come here our order was messed up. This time in particular all we ordered was chips and cheese and 2 hard tacos with only meat and tomatoes the employee even asked do you want the cheese on the tacos still and we said no… well when we got home and my 5 year old went to eat her meat and tomatoes tacos, they had meat, tomatoes, cheese and onions on them. I swear we have never had a order correct at this Taco Bell.

Store was dirty and nasty! 4 employees in the kitchen. 2 standing around on their phone! 1 was sitting on the counter! Floors dirty! Counter was sticky and dirty! ALL the tables where very dirty! We had to wipe our own table off to sit and eat!

How does a taco bell run out of sour cream? Then as we ordered in a long line of cars, we got home and ate 3 tacos each, the meat tasted spoiled and the tacos were not even warm. The soft shells were cleary outdated and stale....... we will never try this taco bell again. One of the best taco bell locations you will ever have is in Bryan, Ohio..... clean the owner of the swanton location knows nothing of restaurant management or quality........

This is the worst taco bell around. The beans are always dry. The soft shells are always brittle and crumbly. It's like they're getting all their ingredients as leftovers from other stores.

They forgot some of my order I called them I want that they gave him my order the only thing they asked was to see the receipt they were very nice and pleasant and I want to give all the fast food places kudos I can't imagine what it is like for you guys to work in fast food right now being so short staffed ☺️

My order is always right and lately the food here has been extra good.. the line cook is doing a great job!

Drive thru 7/8/22. One employee sitting in her car wearing the drive thru headset. Told me and the car before me WeRe OnLy MaKiNg HaRdShElL tAcOs. Please just close. If you cant serve food just close. I only wanted something off the 2$ menu.
