A wonderful restaurant! Delicious food, I had the lasagna. Massive portion! The view is beautiful, inside or dining outside. Fireplace inside . A must place to enjoy your meal!
The bistro welcomed our wedding party here, fitting us in at a very late notice! The day could not have been better and they could not have made us feel more special!! I just feel so lucky to have had this venue for such a special day ��. Thank you white oak river bistro!!!
Great service! We had a cheese pizza, lasagna, and pasta with meatballs. Super great! We also had the crab dip. We devoured all of it because it was great as well! We will be back for sure!

Beautiful and flavorful food, very friendly staff and of course the water views while dining remind us of why we moved here. The live piano music was lovely and made it a special dining experience. :-)
I love coming to the Bistro whenever I'm in town! It's my go to restaurant for couples night and family get togethers. Friendly staff and great vibes! If you have a chance go there for the relaxed atmosphere and scenic views.
Came here for dinner on our anniversary. We sat outside as it was a nice night. Waitress was super attentive and polite. Food was AMAZING. We will definitely be back! Totally recommend. 🙂

Good was very good. Fresh and WELL made. Service was excellent and prompt. Views were to die for. Cushions on the seats outside would have been nice.
It is a beautiful place where you can eat out by the water. Very pricy but great food and nice atmosphere. Awesome Sunday brunch was my favorite! Will hopefully be coming back

My family and I had a wonderful dinner here. The out side surrounding was so pretty over looking the River. What a lovely atmosphere in side the Bistro. Our Waitress was very pleasant. I ordered Shrimp Parm with Penna it was very good. We all enjoyed our food. Just a couple of things I would have enjoyed more is a small loaf of bread warmed with the Olive oil. Not the little tiny pieces of bread. And the Colamari appetizer was very skimmpy. The taste was very good but for the price way too little. But all in all I give you 5 stars for such a lovely evening.

Always great food and great service. Tried the stuffed bread and it was super delicious. My wife had the nightly special which was Salmon Oscar and it was perfectly made. I had the veal and it was very tasty and savory. They have tighter parking than they have space to sit so even if you see parking is almost full still try then because chances are they will still be able to seat you. Call ahead for large groups and they can make sure they have space for your. Definitely a hot to come down during a sunny and warm day to sit and have lunch on the back porch. Just enjoying the food and the views across the water. It's very relaxing and enjoyable.
Have eaten here for years but must say last night's dining experience was incredible! Didn't realize live piano music was provided on Friday and Saturdays since we usually eat out during the week. She was very talented! The stuffed grouper was the best seafood dish I have ever tasted! The atmosphere and service were perfect. Thanks for a wonderful evening!!
Very nice spot on the water with great food and the option for outdoor seating. Can’t beat the lunch prices- $10 entrees! The calamari salad was incredibly delicious. Linguini with clams quite tasty. Reasonably priced wine list. Our server Denise was awesome as well :)

We love the White Oak River Bistro. A lovely, casual restaurant in a beautiful location in one of our favorite places, the atmosphere here is unlike anywhere else. My husband and I elected to hold our wedding reception here in May 2013. I felt compelled to write a review now as our 5th anniversary just passed, and everyone is still talking about our reception! All the employees were very helpful and friendly, and the food/buffet was good for our laid-back, late spring wedding. We can't wait to come back and visit soon, and I hope others will choose this great location for their special event. Thank you again for helping us celebrate our marriage with fantastic memories!
Delicious food in a truly beautiful setting. Friendly staff, great service. Enjoy perfectly prepared food on the back deck overlooking the river. You must try this restaurant; you will definitely go again.

Great meal - shrimp alfrefo and pasta; we also ordered the mista salad and split them both. Alfredo sauce was terrific, not heavy yet flavorful and the shrimp were nicely prepared. This dish went well with the salad. We had coffee and split a canolli - delicious. Service comfortable, attentive but not intrusive. Denise, our server, was knowledgeable, answered questions and offered suggestions. She was personable and fun. She did a great job. We will go back.
