Tropical Smoothie Cafe

VERY nice employees. They provided a menu without us asking, walked over to our table to give us our smoothies, and threw away our trash. I’m amazed at how friendly they are, and one employee offered us a free smoothie. The environment was clean and friendly, and I definitely will be coming back. Good job!

This is the most inadequate Tropical Smoothie I have ever received food from. A few months ago I ordered a sandwich. What I asked to not be in the sandwich was in it. When I brought it to their attention there was a lack of care. A manager had to come and take care of it. I decided to give it one more go and again what was asked to be omitted was placed in the smoothie was in it and an additional food item was placed in it. The order was very simple. From that time I have been going to another location. TODAY I ordered from Door Dash. When I saw that this location was to fill the order I attempted to cancel it however the order was already confirmed and I would not receive a full refund. When the order arrived the bowl was completely wrong. The bowl was made with food items that are not even in the recipe list! I asked for two things to be omited. Only one was. The worst Tropical Smoothie ever. Should this location even continue to operate under the name Tropical Smoothie??

I will likely frequent this place for my lunch breaks. The smoothies are a little over $5 for what looks like a tall 32oz cup so good value. I ordered the Mean Machine w/ strawberries, bananas, & a fatburner/ energizer & splenda. It tasted great & was very filling. I'd agree that the fatburner did increase my body temperature so I definitely felt it working when I returned to my shift & it was a good pick me up👍. I sipped on it for 6 hours. The smoothie process could be reassessed. I waited 15 min in my car and then 10 min in the store with only 2 other smoothie orders on the screen, my order being 2nd. I announced that I had the postmates order & it sat on the counter for 10 minutes waiting for the last ingredient. When it was finished, I waited for her, with my smoothie in tow, to go find out from her coworker if I had a sandwich too, she cld of just asked me. I'd suggest finishing 1 smoothie b4 starting another one or hiring a 3rd member. They were trying to keep up a pace I will say & were friendly.

I’m leaving one star because the employees at this location don’t know how to listen. I’ve been getting the same smoothie for years (Island Green NO SUGAR). At any other location I have never had a problem. This is the second time they have put sugar in my smoothie & claimed they didn’t. I’ve been drinking the smoothie for years & I can tell when my smoothie has sugar and when it doesn’t. Maybe hire some people who know how to listen & get my order correct. I will not be coming back to this location again.
