This course is in horrible condition. The greens are bumpy with poor grass, the rough is entirely without grass, so miss the green and chip off of dirt. The fairway grass is sparse, and the bunkers lack sand. The cart paths are by far the worst in the entire area. A dog track in every sense. Do

In absolute horrible condition. Greens are terrible...slow and bumby. Every place in this area has great greens..except Ocean Ridge and Sea Trail.. play anywhere else in Ocean Isle except the two I mentioned. Grill and bar is closed too. Goat Ranch.

The Byrd course looked nice, but the greens were awful. I would avoid golfing here until they fix their greens issue

Cart paths are getting rough. Course is ok but dry. Greens are slow but consistent.

Played Byrd course, great layout. Fairways not mowed, but understandable as it rained last two days and again last night. Greens excellent shape but can't say same for cart path, beyond bad! Had fantastic time with two sons and a grandson, will definitely play again if in area.

Byrd course is in rough shape. Tee boxes are bare or sandy. They only water around the greens. It has been dry lately though.

Courses are in real good conditithere are 3 18 hole courses Byrd, Jones and Maples...definitely will be going back soon

Jones course. Conditions of the course are not too bad. The greens are maybe rolling at a 7. Bring your putter and then some.
