I discovered the this spot while browsing Google Maps, and decided to check it out. The location was a former Subway, but it’s now being converted into an Korean restaurant. The choices are always fresh, and the guy working the counter was super friendly and had some great recommendations. I decided to have the bulgogi beef bibim bap accompanied by brown rice, bean sprouts, mushrooms, and kale. The man was really knowledgeable and kept suggest ingredients to amplify my taste buds. The man did not miss with suggestions! I think this spot became a favorite of mine because not only is it super convinient to me but the prices are right and the staff will be there to make your day! Next time I'm there I'll be surr to try something new.

We lived in Seoul, S Korea for several years and are addicted to Korean food. Whenever we’re in a new town we search to see if there are any Korean restaurants. We were right on time last night so were happy to find Bap Bistro. Imagine our surprise when it turned out to be some of the best and authentic Korean food we’ve had in a while. The owner was soooo nice and since we ate an early dinner we actually WENT BACK right before he closed at 9pm and got another round of food. The beef bulgogi bowl and the crispy pork belly bao bun were our favorites. It’s also literally in the ILEA parking lot so it’s our new go-to whenever we cross the state to shop!!

This tiny place offers made to order, fresh poke bowls lots of veggies and rice , just needed more fish ! There is other items that you can have cooked for you, upon request. The menu is very small. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The place has a small space, there’s a few small tables inside. If your new to the place the staff will explain to you what you need to do to make your meal. Choose you base, meat and vegetables. The price is affordable, for a light eater like us we just share a bowl. They also have milk tea with boba. If you like Korean rice bowl, you can try this one out.

Best. Food. Bowl. Experience. 🥣 The food is fantastic. 🎉 It is set up like a line order (like Subway)... ....but then they cook most the stuff in.front.of.you. The guy working was super patient and kind as well.🤗 We were even able to get chipped cauliflower as our rice base. 🍳 🍚 🍗 🍖 🥬 Highly recommend. 🤙🏼

Nice little fast casual Korean bowl restaurant. Very friendly cook/server who was able to help us order a rice bowl made like traditional Korean Bibimbap, which was very tasty. 🍜Loved the aloe vera water too. Noticed cheesy kimchi tater tots on the menu. Gotta try that next time.

This place is a Korean bbq hidden gem in Plantation! Totally love the service, food and vibe. The gentleman was very helpful ordering for the first time and the food was so warm and flavorful. Highly recommend this for your next poke bowl or rice bowl craving.

First thing I should mention: the staff is very friendly and accommodating! I ordered a regular taro boba tea which tasted great (a bit sweeter than I'm normally used to for this flavor). Also got to try the kimchi fried rice and cheese croquette, which was also great and tasty! I noticed an adventurous person not familiar with Korean-style food having trouble figuring out what to order. The crew took the time to explain and suggest the various items available. The cafe is quite small (a former Subway store) and can easily be full with customers, so expect to wait at peak times.
