Refused to return a phone charger and cable after 30 min I bought it it was like new not opened and it did not work on my phone. I will sent the report to head quarters also. This is against the law I want my refund for the product not working. The manager know because the worker called him. 12:40 a.m Monday 24 January 2022. No customer service ! They only think in their own !!!

The Indian man at this location, about mid twenties, was very rude and put me and my younger brother as his last priority. He also sent my brother to get him ice cream for an online order, we spent a while waiting for him to scan our stuff

Terrible service at this location unfortunately. Whoever is working the overnight shift tonight was really bad. Eventually you will be replaced by a robot. Start looking for another job asap

The cashier (man) did not have any customer service skill at all. No greeting, no thank you. Nothing. the other two, one younger lady and one man, have the best customer service. Those two usually work in the day time. for those to I give them +5.

Lately started going there and it comes in the daily walk I have now. I came here even earlier to get after-party cigarettes. Just once, the lady on the counter did not help me for something which I was searching for. Another time it was some food related misinformation, but happened to my friend, not me. Other than that, nothing to complain against any 7-elevens.

If I could give 0 stars I would I got charged 6$ for a 2$ bag of chips and when I tried to tell the man he was wrong he started getting angry and asked if I was gonna buy it or not and WOULD NOT give me a refund.
