Review Hardy's Bavaria - Sunnyvale

I like to go with friends to this place with my warmest recommendations. I go to this restaurant often. I get very good feedback from my friends. The the food there is great and the crew is efficient and cooperative. Whenever we eat in this place we pass a delightful evening. highly recommended.

My new favorite German restaurant on the bay area. Food is very tasty and service exceeded our expectations, they are very polite and helpful with our orders so we understand fully the menu. Beer was also very good! They serve your food in a reasonable timing, if you haven't been here is a "must try" !

Best go-to place around. Everything great, from food to atmosphere, to ...BEER! I can't wait for the restrictions to be over because I really miss this place and the ladies who make people feel so welcome!

We came to this place for dinner. my friend recommended this spot. Well, we were not disappointed. we were warmly welcomed by the crew and we had a great feeling. The food was just great. We loved this restaurant a lot and we will definitely return to this restaurant. Recommended.

Excellent German food and good beer selection served by friendly German lady. We ate a leisurely lunch here on a weekday. Both the food and the service were good. You won't regret eating here.

I am German, and this place is as close as it gets. Two lovely ladies from Germany run this place and as long as you are not in a hurry (Germans take there time eating) you'll enjoy it!

My family and I love this little place. The service is very friendly and the food is awesome. Go hungry cos u will get alot of food. Good selection of beer too. Doppelbock and köstritzer are my favorite. Overall great place for a bit of germany. And don't forget to talk to the servers. They are sweet people and will take the time to talk to u.

Best in area..by far. I posted on facebook page a mini review..solid dining experience..The last time in was Saturday night and they were well staffed and the ladies were very busy..I can imagine when this place is full tilt busy that service may be slow but the food is worth the wait..I sat at the bar and the food timing coming out was perfect..I noticed no slow service as what most say is the only thing lacking in all the reviews I read on yelp.. Maybe they read them too and have stepped their game up....They have a fantastic selection of beer and i will eventually try them all I'm sure..Thanks, Ladies for the great meal.

Best German food in Sunnyvale, with classic German dishes, great German beer and the BEST mustard for your fresh pretzels, all in a nice, quiet atmosphere!

Okay food, clean and nice setup but very high price lunch menu items compared to similar ethnic restaurants, so you now know for reference.  Might not visit again!

Relatively expensive, especially for what you get. Sour serving staff. Will not go back. There are better German restaurants in San Jose. What more can I say?

Hardy's Bavaria. Went for dinner Slow slow service pork shank was hard to cut told owner and server and they didn't believe us. Spoke with other diner eating same dish they also had same problem. Ordered German choc cake not German choc cake more like a very dark choc cake from Costco. They don't care about the customer and the pork was $29.00 we'll not go back

I was visiting from Texas for work and am German . This place brought back so many great momeries from my childhood. I highly recommend this place

Great food. We were there on Friday lunch and service was a bit slow but the old German lady was so nice it made up for the wait. I am vegetarian and they had some really nice vegetarian options.

Being German I really like the food! Love the soup and salad. My favorite is the venison and the pork shank. I highly recommend this place and the beer is great too!!!
