TERRIBLE! Monica Estrada, the boss, needs to be checked or fired! Customer service is atrocious. AWFUL ATTITUDE! Her boss, Sara, is also terrible; she never listens to what people have to say about Monica; she just shrugs her shoulders about people's and employees' complaints; Sara needs to listen to people; and I will definitely be calling corporate about both of them because none of this is right. So many people quit because she does her job horribly; in the short time she has been boss, a large number of people have left, which should be a warning sign of how she is. But, of course, Sara doesn't care, which is why I'm going to call someone higher up and inform them about BOTH of them!

I literally feel sooo bad for the employees i seen how Monica (I believe is her name) treats them and talks to them, i would like that her boss talks to all her employees and just ask them privately how monica is as a boss and i will assure you that they will say shes the worst and doesn’t do her job right

the cashier was kinda slow n lost n manger/supervisor was rude went as far as saying u told them 10 minutes rite there's still 2 min left tell them to wait outside her tone of voice was awful feel sorry for those workers that have to deal with that all day does not look like a Pleasant place to work so I decided not to put any strain on the workers when the casher called me up for my pizza I kindly said thank you n thanks for the hard work its greatly appreciated she looked at me a Lil of but smiled hopefully she had a pleasant but quick rest of the night

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Place is disgusting, cashiers working today around 6:10 were completely rude and were openly making fun of another customer that they had also been rude to. Some girl named Bambi and the other one. To make matters worse, the cooks were not wearing gloves. Never coming here again.
